If I could I’ll give 0 stars but in order to leave my review I have to. Rude and it I must say racist the minute we walk in we got dirty look from one of the staff and was not even acknowledge us little less greet us…not even a we’ll be with you soon.We walked out and again they didn’t even acknowledge us.

My problem was taken care of right away. The rep knew right away what was wrong with my phone and it was an easy fix. It could have cost me a new phone but it was only the SD card that needed to be replaced. An easy $12 fix and my phone is going strong again.

My boyfriend and I went in to get him an upgraded phone, Ellie helped us through the process and was so very sweet & kind to us! We ran into a few hiccups and Ellie was so helpful through them all. Great customer service ?

Once we were assisted by a representative, our visit very smooth. Initially, we did encounter some wait time due to the store being quite busy. However, after about 10 minutes, a person who seemed to be the manager (I'm not the best at remembering names) kindly informed us that there would be a slight wait as there were customers ahead of us.This gesture of communication really made our day and added to our positive experience at the store.

Eric was the biggest help! I was able to get my new phone, watch and all accessories without any hassle. He was quick, efficient and professional. I’m very grateful this process was not a headache and done quickly.

My old phone was ghosting me !! So, it was time for an upgrade!! I worked with a new associate and her trainer !! I wasn’t in a rush so, it worked out well for both of us !! People need to remember that we all were there, the first day on the job !! Be patient and be kind!!

The customer service was great and very prompt. Eric Amantite was very personable, knowledgeable, and an all-around pleasure to do business with. He helped me identify and solve my problems with the best solutions. I was worried I would have to switch providers after the loss of stores in my area, but I think Eric's customer service skills is enough to keep me coming back for years.

I arrived at the At&t store at 1:14 pm, the representatives were busy and told me that at one point they would attend to me. I responded, "Yes, very good. I waited 20 minutes. Then 2 people arrived. After 50 minutes of waiting, the manager leaves the office and approaches one of the colleagues I see that he points to me like this and tells him that he arrived first but I was not attended to, he left with the other people and he attended to her with his other employee. I complain to him and he tells me that he cannot do anything and that he would assist me when he had someone available. upset I left the store and would not return, if you value your time do not go to At&t redding harnell
