They were able to adjust our catalytic converter and customize a mid pipe that needed to be replaced to give the car a much needed increase in ground clearance. They take care of their customers from the phone call all the way through to the welding and customization of exhaust pipe fittings. The attention to detail in the work they do and how they treat you as a customer is greatly appreciated. I will refer all my friends and family that need any muffler or custom exaust related work to J and K Muffler.”

“Dude, these guys saved my trip. Rolled in with my 2011 CR-V right as they were about to close, battery was toast after 4 years of Redding heat, full discharge, even reset my radio and clock. I’ve got a Redding-to-Bay Area trip coming up and needed this sorted, no joke. They got me a new battery, cleaned up the terminals, made sure everything was squared away, all right there in the parking lot, done in like 30 minutes, right before closing time. Didn’t rush me, didn’t make me come back tomorrow, just handled it. I can’t remember the name of the guy who did the install for us but his name started with a J, super chill. Straight up good people doing solid work. If you need a battery and want it done right without the runaround, this is the spot. Five stars, easy.”
