The staff is great, helpful, and lenient, particularly with their overdraft policy which has saved customers many times. While some have had issues with the company, the service experiences are consistently positive. I've been with Chase Bank for a few years... I have a few accounts with them... credit cards.... they have always been professional and knowledgeable when I've had questions about a charge i didn't recognize or make... the fraud department we'll investigate and solve any problems...

I’ve been banking with Chase for 6yrs and they have always been kind to me and very helpful. I have never had a bad experience with any of the tellers.They are always eager to help even when it is busy and they take the time to acknowledge you when you walk in.
