“Yeah, I usually cash my checks over at this branch and sometimes I get my checks on a Saturday and they close at one and we’ve got a holiday this Monday. It sure would be nice if the US Bank would be open later than one because people are screwed until Tuesday to go to the bank or get some money”
“I’ve been reading through a lot of the reviews and there are so many that are very negative. Frankly, I am very surprised. I’ve been banking with Sierra Central for 35 years. I have financed my last three vehicles through them, I find their online services easy to use, and whenever I’ve gone into the bank personally, I’ve been greeted and served professionally by courteous staff. Though it is unfortunate that there is no Saturday service like with other banks, I just plan ahead and make sure any banking that needs to be done is done during the week so it’s not an issue. I have been extremely happy and satisfied with the service that I receive from them. I can’t think of banking anywhere else!”
“In a city far away from my hometown yet, need to make an international wire transfer.Went in, stood in line, and Pam approached me, asked me what I'm here for.She told me she can help me at her desk.She was fantastic! International info were long digit and she double, triple check to make sure each letter, number are correct.Give Pam 5 stars!!”
