“The staff at Caliper were professional and over the top. I had a home office chair that took me forever to find that matched my desk. The cylinder with slowly leak out and bottom out. I would constantly have to lift it back up. I called down there and they said they could possibly help me but would need to see it. I dropped it off, two days later they called and said it was fixed. “Omg! First I need to share i am a RETURNING Sleep Number Customer here in Redding. Just needing to downsize from a king to a queen. So i really dont feel i need to say much about the Sleep Number Product...it is worth every penny you spend no matter what model you select.
But I have to give Mad Props to Manager Jeremy and Eddie! Outstanding and Incredible Customer Service! There is a monumental story that got me through the doors 2 days ago. Both Jeremy and Eddie were so open and kind listening to my needs of matching my Sleep Numbers current model matching me to my outdated model(that is still the best bed I have ever purchsed) to a newer line of beds.
Their poduct knowledge was spot on....I think the process of picking the bed took a total of 5-10 minutes max. The sale went far beyond that, lasting more than an hour. Both the gentlemen were compassionate and empathetic to my current situation then offered support in my story as a person..
Nowhere near making me feel they were there to line their pockets! How refreshing in today's world! This was a 2 day process...first to select bed, then returning the following day to finalize purchase! The second day was no different than day 1. Again, it took me minutes to finalize transaction already in computer..then another hour chatting it up, again treating me as more than just a sale! Thank you Jeremy & Eddie! You both are ROCKSTARS!
And to Corporate....as a manager myself for 35+ years...hiring can be challenging to say the least. Again, in today's times....hiring good employees can be a constant challenge! Be assured you have stuck the landing with these 2 gentlemen!
In closing...if you are considering a Sleep Number bed....again.....worth every penny!

I purchased a nice set for my very first home back in 2005 and then again in 2019. After 14 years of abuse from kids and animals finally decided it was time.
