They save me from having to deal with a box store for most essentials. They also sell and service Stihl and Eco. “I need two 2x10x16 kiln dried pieces to complete a project. Meeks was the only place in which I could get them and it was a special order. Once I placed the order with the salesperson on the phone I was given a delivery day and time. That day came and went. No delivery. I called Meeks and they informed me the lumber hadn't arrived yet and delivery would be the following day. It would be wise and good customer service to inform customers that a scheduled delivery has changed so the customer doesn't waste a day waiting for a delivery. In the end I did get the lumber and the delivery guys were extremely courteous.”
