Same size van same everything just this place didn't gouge us on the mileage. “The owner is awesome. I was there early on a Saturday morning needing to tow a vehicle back to arcata. Everyone was trying to start what would be a very hot day early so there was a line when I showed up. He was quickly and calmly getting everyone taken care of. He initially did not have what I needed but made a partial reservation and talked me through several options.
I was off working on alternatives and well past when I was supposed to check back with him. I got a call and he had identified a vehicle for me. When the morning had slowed down, he was double-checking vehicles that had been taken out of service for maintenance and found one that only had a minor issue that he quickly fixed.
While I was there picking up the vehicle, he and his staff solved two more situations by talking through options and not giving up. All in all a great team.”
