Hate the new “maze” checkouts and self checkouts, feel like cattle being lead to slaughter. New policy of no baskets outside the store, horrible, if you have purchased large items or large amounts of items you must wait for an “associate “ to assist you, during heavy traffic time this means you wait and the associate gets pulled away from his other duties. Sorry definitely a step back in customer service and employee consideration. You may be saving on labor costs but are forcing you staff to work harder , not smarter.

Typical corporate garbage (not exclusive to Kohls but they subscribe to the same broken business model) not enough employees & too many self check out lanes & cluttered isles. The handful of employees who are there appear miserable & unhappy. I can't blame them, as a customer I felt similarly.

Honestly, I go to kohls 90% off the time because I’m making an Amazon return. But I do shop there for clothes and shoes, or accessories when I need those things.

This location recently closed their primary entrance, which is the closest to their customer service desk. Now you have to walk the entire distant of the store to get to the customer service desk.Standard Kohl's. Amazon drop off was quick and easy.

This place is a disaster now. The holiday season was not the right time to make customers start using the self checkout. They got rid of over half of their regular registers, and not even half of the self-checkout registers are working properly. Every time I have been there lately, the line is very long and it takes forever to get out of the store.

Im not sure of the employee's name but at 2:30 pm today a young man spotted me trying to navigate the pick up section with an email i recieved from my sick significant other. This young man was behind the cash wrap when he spotted me, he came over and quickly and kindly guided me threw the process . He was a fantastic example of great customer service. Give that kid a raise

What has happened to the Redding,Ca Kohls? It’s a mess. Disorganized, and no one around to help. They have petite sizes mixed in with regular sizes. I couldn’t find anything due to the disheveled mess.I’ve noticed the downfall of a once, good department store after the pandemic. Sad. I won’t be shopping there anymore. I will also close my credit card account.

Kohls has gone so downhill in selection, prices, and service. Above all else though, the Kohls credit card is a scam. The company doesn't send out a bill until 2 months after you make a charge so you are always late and charged a late fee. Best advice- shop elsewhere and definitely do not use the kohls card! The late fee scam has happened to me twice.

Way overpriced and nobody has time to help you because they're all busy reorganizing and stocking shelves to try and push the next sale of an overpriced item still sold at a high price. The only reason you would want to shop at Kohl's is if it is the holiday season everything's on sale and you have tons of coupons from the mail and also Kohl's bucks from somebody else dumb enough to shop here as well as a Kohl's membership and Kohl's card to get those extra 50% in savings lol. Then you might walk out with an item at regular price. Good luck!

I'm up here in Redding usually at least twice a week, so I like to use this Kohl's store to do all my Amazon returns. Not that I have a ton of returns, but when I do I come here. The return line is not bad usually and all I do is drop of the return with a return label and scanned and off we go! The Amazon credit is processed almost as soon as it gets scanned and a few hours later the money is back in my Amazon account. The staff seem like they know what they're doing ... at least for Amazon returns. As for the rest of Kohl's ... I really don't have any shopping to do here. Every once in awhile I'll get something like a t-shirt on sale for like $5.00 or something. It's a very clean store. The parking is easy and I noticed they have a ton of handicap parking if that's what you need.

Stuck in line trying to do a return. Theres 7 people inline, 1 person behind the counter and a bunch of works just walking around. Why do stores not care about customers service anymore. It's so sad, customer service should be priority
