Purchased socks for someone returning from a serious surgery had my house completely disinfectant only to bring in a pair off sock worn with dog hair attached. I would re consider this store not willing to take a 5.00 loss. What do you think they would do with used medical equipment that cost . It's not okay to sell used medical equipment. This could be life threatening to sick people.

Almost got hit today as one of their drivers ran a red light at churn creek and cypress. If you are going to drive like a moron maybe not do it in a company van.

I was in dire need to get some help and someone to compassionately listen to my husband's needs for home vent as we have faced challenging times of prolonged hospitalization. After a nightmare discharge, I needed support to continue to care for my husband at home. Jeannie was helpful in responding to my inquiries, was prompt in calling back, and kept me posted. She was able to arrange for us in a matter of days rather than the weeks it would have taken. She also sent Steve, a very skilled respiratory therapist, who took the time to explain things to us and support us. Knowing that people still have compassionate and still passionate about their jobs makes me happy. I am awarding them 5 stars because of their excellent, timely, and caring service.

Lied about delivering me a power chair because it hurts to walk and waisted 3 months and said they would deliver the chair to my sister because I was going to assisted living. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. And they will be sued for providing false information.

This is not per say about New West Medical but the Respiratory Therapist, David Hart, RCP, RRT. Having gone with my husband to get fitted with a bipartisan device with a different therapist,which was a wonderful experience, it was expected that my visit would be the same. It was not. My concerns were never addressed. Somehow it was determined that this was the face mask and machine I was to be given and that was that. He did not even know all the Ins and outs of the machine and stated, "they are alway changing these things and the reps never come out anymore." That was a confidence builder. I left frustrated, and feeling it was all about forcing a sell and not about my concerns. If I did not know how wonderful my husbands experience was, I would never recommend New West To anyone. David Hart acts as a salesman and not a caring Therapist. This morning I woke up with swollen eyes, a red ring around my face and a heaviness in my chest. Wow some of my concerns. Avoid this therapist at all cost!

This business is completely unprofessional, bordering on dishonest. They have been owing me a refund for nearly three months. Apparently, the owner is not on site and they have no way of issuing a refund from their location. They said they mailed the refund on March 5th and today is March 27th. No check received yet. And the person who handles their billing, Lindsay, is less than useless! I am being told that she has to speak with her office manager about what to do. That the owner who isn't there, EVER, is the only person that can issue a check. So, I was told that I will be getting a call back some time this week. Mind you, that they have owed me this money for several months now. And if I hadn't asked about the status of my account, I would never even had known that they were owing me a refund because no one from their office would have ever told me. That is how dysfunctional and disorganized their billing system is. We are only talking about $72 dollars, but it's not the amount of money, it's the principle. These guys are pathetic. And they couldn't care less.

We had an appointment with JEFF after surgery to get a client her wheelchair altered and he was very unprofessional and unkind. We will be taking my business elsewhere and you might want to too.

Very fast and good service initially. Refill orders for the CPAP are a nightmare. Nobody answers the telephone number and you have to leave a message. A few days later they might call you back.I am on my third call and leaving a message again as they initially said my referral had expired. I just called my doctor's office and they said they are waiting on a fax from New West. Ugh... About to file a grievance with the health insurance company.

Some of the worst customer service ever. The CPAP machine was not working correctly, the representative said "It wouldn't be doing that". But it was! Instead of having me bring it in for them to check she said "Just give it another try. I'm sure you're just getting used to it". When I changed companies, I discovered they had not ended authorization with the insurance company. The insurance company could not pay anyone else until New West closed services. 11 months later they still had not released me. Terrible!

I hate coming here. They seem to never get my refill orders right. And never ready when they say it will be ready. I'd love to have somewhere else in town to go to for my cpap supplies. :-(

New West Medical (NWM) is a fantastic business, run by knowledgeable,responsive and honest individuals. I am a C7 quadriplegic for the past 11 years. I have benefited from New West Medical services since my injury. As expected, I have needed assistance from CPAP equipment including O2 supplies to orthopedic braces and numerous manual wheelchairs. All of my dealings with NWM have been positive. Recently, an interaction helped summarize a decade of outstanding customer service. Recently one of my scissor brakes broke. Normal wear and tear failure. I live in a region with significant varied topography making my braking equipment vital. Par for the coarse this happened well after business hours so I left a message. The following morning, Trevor, wheelchair repair technician, contacted me and within two hours he was at my front door!! Trevor arrived wearing recommended Covid-19 protection. 20 minutes later my brake was replaced. He was not done. He repaired several spokes that had loosened or broke. Then he repaired several issues on my spare chair. Moral of the story is every interaction with NWM has been positive. I want to give Trevor a huge thank you, as well as all of the ancillary staff that keeps me coming back!!!

I have always had excellent service. The staff couldn't be more pleasant. I have had some special needs due to power outages and losing my house in the Carr fire.New West has gone way above and beyond normal services for me. They have always had my back.The techs are very pleasant and explain everything clearly and over and over if you need them to. I have never been treated in any way but courtesly, even when I ask a d*** question. I can't say enough good things about the the people and services I have received. I highly recommend them and wouldn't even think about going elsewhere.

Cheaters! Liars! They call you and offer to switch out supplies at no charge at all to correct a problem! Then u get a bill and they don't budge when it comes making it right! They say its been three months... well i didn't get their bill for over three months!!!
