“I'm from our of town. I visited around 930am on a Monday. There was a steady stream of patrons the 5 minutes I was there. Most seemed to be in and out quickly abd happily.
I found the self serve kiosk to be helpful to get some postcard postage. But if you want traditional stamps with standard or special designs, you need to go to the counter. Stamps dispensed from the kiosk dont have designs.”
“I showed up near closing time. The 2 women helped me with the best option for postage rates, helped me with packaging and let me put 18 old stamps on the package myself which had to be hand stamped. When there was a problem with a machine at checkout, the teamwork was immediate. Impressive! And my friend really enjoyed her hummingbird stamps.”
“Employees here have been very friendly, forgiving, and accommodating in the 4 or 5 years I have had a PO box here. I love that I can pick up my mail late at night if need be.”
“Connie is wonderful and I appreciate her so much, she's always so helpful. I do wish the hours were longer and that we had more parcel lockers, of course the jerks breaking in didn't help that situation.”

“4:15, one person working the front counter, line out the door. The customers were polite, the AC was cold and lady helping was great at her job. She asked for help near 5:00 and a coworker came quick and the line was helped.”
