Some reviews note the store can be dirty and request more environmental friendly merchandise. There is also a concern about toxic amounts of lead found in this chain. Service is OK, nothing special.

Ross is awesome you can always find a deal here just wish they would have a bigger variety for women's cloths we are not all grandmas here lol that's why I shop in jrs.

Prices are really good for brand new items. Cost a little more than Goodwill thrift shop but it's quality. Haven't seen knockoff stuff there (yet)
