There was one girl handling everyone, and she did it without any visible signs of stress, and she was the perfect combination of friendly and professional.

“I love Spencer's the staff however is very snooty and snobby and they act like they're doing you the favor by being there when you're the one paying their paycheck when you buy items once I got my stuff however the prices were good and sometimes you have to overlook the bad for the good things staff rude price is good”
“Dude you guys have to go to this store and get with Josh! My kids are introverts and not really social however they have great manners. After meeting with Josh and getting styles by him and just his conversation I mean literally my boys whole personalities have changed! We are brown and that can make things difficult when dealing with people however he made us feel so at home and really got my kids to open up and try clothes they’ve never tried! They didn’t even really know what they liked until he just talked to them smh I am so happy and feel so blessed that you all have an employee with this amount of positive energy and influence! Every year in October it possesses the corpse of a failed business, reanimates it long enough to make a boat load of money charging way too much for their costumes Than its gone. leaving you with a kid that refuses to take his spiderman costume off to the point he starts wearing it to school under his clothes.. But wadda ya gonna do? Its kind of a tradition. My mom always took me to get costumes there so I take my kids. Anyways, 10 outta 10 would recommend”

“Oh my goodness. Quite literally the only thrift store you need to be in. Just be sure to bring cash as it saves you a few! I have gone to numerous stores here in shasta county area and a friend recommended this place to me.Has everything you need. Has boho, hippie peices to low rise chic. I am consistently looking for old low rise jeans and frilly tops and oh my when I say this place has insane variety of clothes. Everything I looked at or picked up was high quality, clearly taken care of, however despite this quality, the quantity is insane. Despite the overwhelming surplus of items, it was all oraginzed by color and sizes, which I appreciate. As an 18 year old who often goes thrifting for unique clothes, it is baffling that I've literally never crossed this place until today. The owner is insanely sweet and clearly loves what she does. Despite it being name brand, I was astonished at the low pricing, especially for such an upscale place. Just to give you an idea into what aesthetic of clothes she has, I would say a good amount of it is boho/hippie, y2k in the low rise jeans, I also found a lot of clothes that would be great for thoes who work in offices, and as well as twee quirky clothes and accessories, especially this pair of green heels I keep thinking about. A lot of quirky clothes, and a ton of unique shoes, jewelry, purses and scarves. I sadly didn't have time to look at as I was inbetween errands. However, I was absolutely baffled we have such a cool stores here in redding! Due to reviews I read before coming, I had high hopes and let me say it met all and more. Again, just awestruck <3”
