“The line was long when I arrived but the employees on duty were very fast and professional. I even saw an employee take the time to help an elderly customer ensure they had the correct address for their package and that it was labeled correctly in a very timely manner. I did not see the employees name but it was a female and the elderly gentleman was very appreciative. I have some elderly family in the area and when I see things like that it means a lot to me. This store stood out in my mind.”
“I absolutely love the new owner she is sooo sweet attentive and caring! I loveeee how they always decorate for all the holidays and make it feel so cozy inside & always smells good? ? it’s my quick and easy one stop shop for all my mailing needs. I also love how I can print there my last minute paperwork? my packages always come safe and secure. She has everything you need to send out packages and letters and I never have to wait, it’s truly a gem!

“This place is amazing and the staff are fast and efficient! This is the spot for Amazon returns. The parking sucks but if you can get in there it is usually in and out. They also have a drop off been outside so you don't have to go in the building if you're returning day I was on or something else.”
“With the price of gas the way it is I use Raba busing for now. Yes it's a pain having to wait for a bus and having to walk further ( but exercise is good for everyone). I know it's not as convenient as a car but I save money taking the bus no matter if what would take an hr worth of errands takes 3xs that long. It's worth the extra time just so I can save on gas.”
“My printer broke once and fed ex has computers and printers. I was able to print 4-5 labels once I knew what I was doing for about $10 in the time it costs to use the computers for my eBay business. So if you don't have a printer and need to make prepaid shipping labels, this is the spot. It worked for me cause I still made money on my packages even though it cost more than I wanted to get the labels made. I think my first time doing it, it cost me $7 to get one label. You gotta be fast cause it charges by the minute.”
“Very helpful for mailing packages. They offer many services I had no idea they offered like passport photos, large printer projects, finger printing, notary services.”
“I received a phone call prior to them delivery an expensive product. I was being helped by Michael over the phone, unfortunately they couldn't deliver due to nobody being home, thankfully they worked with me, offered excellent customer service, went above and beyond, just for me to get my Son's go kart who has been waiting forever. “4:15, one person working the front counter, line out the door. The customers were polite, the AC was cold and lady helping was great at her job. She asked for help near 5:00 and a coworker came quick and the line was helped.”
“There was a long line waiting to be helped at the counter, but they have a self serve kiosk, 2 actually to assist with buying postage stamps, weighing packages for shipping, and a few other features so you don’t have to wait in line for the simple things anymore. Some things may still require an in person contact at the main counter to get handled but much quicker and easier to get in and out quickly with the new kiosk machines.”
