It was slow,a customer waiting in front of me. Second clerk came out didn't acknowledge the queue. Didn't get the feeling either clerk could educate me as to their moving cubes, I left.

Eric was very helpful and very calm. I came in with a difficult issue and he and Brittney ( not on site, but on phone) handled it great. I want to say thank you for diffussing an already irritated customer. I'd also like to say... Do not rent from Midway Market/ Tire shop. Absolutely subpar service.
