U-Haul Moving & Storage of Redding offers a wide range of moving solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, and self-storage. Customers report an amazing and amazingly simple experience, with many noting the employees as very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and fast at their job. The location is considered one of the best, with great service. Rental trucks, including brand new ones with low mileage, are described as running great and keeping customers comfortable even on long trips. The return process is noted as super easy. The business has specialized equipment like a motorcycle trailer that makes loading and hauling a piece of cake. Some customers advise picking up a truck later in the afternoon to maximize rental time, as policies require returning it at the same time the next day. There can be a wait due to short staffing, and some services, like adding an extra rental day, require an in-person visit. Overall, customers state they will always choose U-Haul and always use this location.
I like the people who work here. They’ve always been nice, and straight to the point.

It was slow,a customer waiting in front of me. Second clerk came out didn't acknowledge the queue. Didn't get the feeling either clerk could educate me as to their moving cubes, I left.
