“Hatfield was great. I had a rock go through my headlight and cause a short in the wiring. They worked with my insurance and helped out whenever they could. It did take a while not because of anything from Hatfield the part needed was on back order. They even set me up with a loaner vehicle while my truck was at the shop. Stand up folks. He went out of his way and beyond to help me with an issue on my car part. Also I had a battery issue and he helped me with my battery he gave me some great advice and my truck is running like a brand new truck. I am grateful for Juan. I recommend this man to have a raise a significant raise. He is an asset to this company. I don’t wanna deal with nobody but Juan, his customer service was superb.
