“We wandered into 1Love IE in Downtown Redlands and were warmly greeted by Justin, the owner. He was so kind and engaging, and he took the time to share the inspiring story behind how he started his business, it truly made the visit special. The hat display was my favorite! I loved seeing the variety of styles, all inspired by the heart and culture of the Inland Empire. You can feel the local pride in every piece. We'll definitely be back to support this awesome local shop!”
“I brought in a skirt that needed a new zipper and I needed it fixed quick! They were able to replace the zipper, add a clasp, clean it and somehow make it better than when I first bought it, all within 24 hours! Customer service was great as well! They just got a forever customer! Thank you!”
“Great service and the only reason it wasn't five stars is that the men's selection was pretty limited. Lots of similar colours and clothing that was just ok. Usually there arr better choices so a bit of a let down.

“I really like this Vans location. It’s nice not having to drive far or deal with going to a mall since it’s close to home. They have a good selection of clothes and shoes, and the customer service has always been great whenever I’ve gone in.”

He was talking about birds turns out the was really interesting and pokemon I learn that me and him have the same favorite.this person was so nice and interesting sadly I don’t know there name but I would love to meet them again. This person brighten up my day all I remember they had multi color nails 10/10 best day.”

“I am so impressed with the kindness of the employees at Tillys in Citrus Plaza. On multiple occasions they’ve helped with returns, and made the process seamless. When the line is long, they open more registers, while reassuring me that they are going to see my transaction through to the end, I hate taking up too much employee time especially during a busy season. “While shopping with my 2 year old, she sat on one of the racks and fell. She was crying and right away one of your employees Nancy came over to see if she was ok. Brought her some water and a snack. After my lil one calm down she enjoyed her snacks. As a mom trying to get my shopping done before I have to pick up my other kiddos it means a lot Thank you!”

“No words can reasonably share how much I adore this cute store and the employees. I found them searching for a store that carried the Double D Ranch brand and drove 1.5 hours to get there. The store is beautifully decorated, all the pieces are thoughtfully curated and the personal care and attention from staff is warm, welcoming and makes you feel like home. This is worth going to and I hope you find a little treasure to take home. Needless to say - I am a big fan of this store.”
