“I come here multiple times a week because they have literally everything. Some of the items are a bit overpriced but mostly everything is around $1.75. So overall its a good store and the owners are nice.”

“I would like to give a huge shout out to the manager Miriam at Dollar Tree in Grand Terrace. I usually avoid coming here because of my previous experiences. However this morning I came in (02/05/24 ) and was so impressed I did not think I was in the same store. The organization and cleanliness this store had was amazing. Every one of their workers was working hard stacking shelves and putting things away. The store was so clean and organized I had to acknowledge the staff to the store manager Miriam. I learned that she is the new store manager and you can actually see such a difference in the store itself. I would like to give them a five-star review as it is more than deserved. Thank you Miriam for making Dollar tree a pleasant experience. I will continue coming back”

I hate I didn't get her name. She worked the 1st registered coming in the entrance, she's short hopefully they'll help. It was that Monday August 25th.”

“The store itself and the staff are part of what keeps me coming back. The policies and prices of the Family Dollar corporation is what drives me and others away. This particular store is only two streets from my house so that makes it quick and easy to stop and grab something I may have forgotten while going shopping at the regular store. I am sure that due to its convenience is why the prices are so high. I am sure the CEO of the Family Dollar decided that since they are providing people with somewhere quick and easy to stop and shop they can charge much higher prices then somewhere like stater bros. It would be nice just once for a company to think of the customer first and not their bottom line. Having said all that, the staff that works the store itself are great. They are kind, funny, knowledgeable and holy jeez they work their tails off. The store manager is a very sweet, very tough young woman who will work herself to death I swear it. She is very dedicated to her position and her staff as well as the customers. Her higher ups would be wise to listen to some of her ideas and thoughts on policy changes as they are incredibly on point for both the customer and the store. I gave family dollar only 4 stars due to the prices and the actions taken and policy implemented by the corporate sector of the Family Dollar Stores.”
“Anyone buying drano here, make sure you take the cap off and see that it is sealed. I just bought a drano, no seal on it. When i poured it down my drain it had huge white clumps of what looked like hair conditioner, smelled like hair conditioner as well, and no it did not work. $5.00 down the drain (literally)”

“The store is very clean and they have so much nice products to choose from. First time here, but I will be returning since I wasn't able to browse the whole store. The only drawback on this visit is the young gal with eyeglasses working the register looked bothered and miserable. Maybe she's just having a bad morning. Other than that, I recommend going here.”

“So, downtown store always busy - & we all know how retail stores are short staffed - but the mgr. Got on the p.a. & assured that another register would open quickly. And it did - nice brunette gets the line moving quick - my turn & she asks if I'd like more than one bag -"nah" - she smiles& says really nicely "of course ' a typical man" - well I say... “Family dollar is awesome ?. I like this one especially!!! I went in basically my objective was to get some tape the clear type, which I accomplished. For a decent price I think. As I walk the aisles I see the coolest looking black skull with sun glasses. It says it's a blu tooth speaker and only 10bucks!! I tried to resist but just seems to awesome so I had to get it. I can't wait to charge it up and check it out. Family dollar employees at this location have always treated me cool and they always got killer stuff for cheap. Another thing I don't even want to mention though sometimes they have lemon meringue pie I cant find that anywhere anywhere anywhere so I shouldn't tell you and the my favorite type of pie so If you see it. Leave it where it be ?unless you feel generous ?”

“Love the manager there. He is so helpful and so sweet. But he's very professional as far as conduct in the store. Sometimes there are unsavory shoppers there when I'm shopping, but he makes sure that I'm safe and that he watches constantly. Couldn't ask for a better manager or assistant manager. I'm not sure which he is but he's wonderful”
