“Love love love this Vetco. Although Dr. Pagel is my favorite vet, Dr. Wilson is pretty awesome too. I have a pack of five dogs, used to be 6 :( When my dog, Maple, passed away, the staff mailed me a handwritten letter signed by all the staff. It had my husband and I in tears as she was my soul dog. Unfortunately, there was nothing anyone could do to save her. But in the time she was alive, I had full faith that she was in great hands. The vet also had a dog with Cushings Disease so she understood the complexities. I have a very difficult senior rescue dog, Bobby, that came to me traumatized. Not only does everyone treat him with love and care, but he even has a favorite vet tech, Lyna. I love seeing Melanie too! She always makes us feel comfortable. They're also the ONLY people that he will allow to trim his nails. I trust them not only with my pack, but I also bring some of the dogs I rescue here too.”

“I recently adopted my new furbaby and Erika took great care of him on his first visit — we started slow with just nails and ears today. He was super anxious but she helped him get thru it. Very appreciative that she helped make his first groomer visit so smooth. He got to pick a new toy as a reward for being a good boy thanks to PetSmart Redlands. Thank you!”

“First time here today. Stopped by to by some products to switch my puppy to a raw diet and the employees were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions I had. As a first time dog owner I don't know much but I am glad I came here! Stop going to those big retailers and come here to support this amazing business! Thank you, can't wait to be back and buy my doggie some new goodies:)”
