The grooming department is trash.
The staff for the grooming department are rude and require more training. I was told one thing over the phone and another in person. Waste of time. I don't recommend.

My dog trainer and I took my dog there yesterday for the first time. It was a wonderful experience, and after a half an hour, when we got home. He was worn out all night.

I like to shop here for my cats food. They have a variety of cat foods, from dry food to wet food. The employees are also very nice and helpful!

So I took my pup (6 months) for a haircut since he has never had one. Long story short I paid 65 dollars for a bath n teeth cleaning. Everyone seemed confused n new. He looked great but I took him to get a haircut n they just cut the hair in front of his eyes. It’s a hot summer n he needs to be sheered like a sheep. I picked the shortest length of hair when I brought him in. I will say they don’t guarantee the haircut on the first time I just didn’t think they’d charge me for the haircut he never got.
