“Had a package from China incorrectly get routed to Loma Linda, which is 75 miles away from me. The Chinese retailer that shipped the package labeled it with two different addresses (WHAT THE HECK?). I called the Loma Linda USPS and luckily I got Christine, who was amazing helpful, patient, and professional. Not only did she locate my package, but arranged for it to be delivered to the CORRECT address. Thank you, Christine and the Loma Linda postmaster!”

“This post office is one of if not the most friendly, helpful and professional places of business I've ever been to. They are helpful and knowledgeable of every aspect of the USPostal Service. It is a small facility but I feel safe and secure that my mail will get where it's going and I hope it doesn't get shut down like so many other businesses have. The people that work there are truly great at Customer Service.”
