Excellent flask, my husband and his team attended a seminar in Wisconsin and was gifted this product. It keeps drinks very hot for over 12 hours.

I spoke to Jasmin and Kerry today on Nov 4th about some questions about a part I purchased. They both were very patient with me. They also answered all my questions with excellent instructions I gave them 5 stars because I had two great experiences. I would definitely purchase one of their products in the future.
