Target Grocery offers a mixed shopping experience for its customers. Many appreciate the store's ability to load heavy items into cars, making it a preferred choice over competitors. However, issues have been reported at this location, particularly with the self-checkout, which is limited to 10 items or less and often has only one cashier available. This has led to frustration among shoppers, especially when they have more items. Stock availability is another concern, as products are frequently out of stock or locked up, causing delays for customers needing assistance. Additionally, a recent experience with expired products and difficulties using the Target app for discounts has added to customer dissatisfaction. Despite these challenges, some customers report positive interactions with staff, who are described as helpful and knowledgeable, especially during returns. Overall, while Target Grocery has potential with its variety of products and helpful staff, improvements are needed to enhance the shopping experience and address ongoing issues.
Good experience at Target getting some heavy items loaded into our car. Tried the same thing at WalMart last night - disaster! We will only use Target, even though farther away!

They only had 1 checker and alot of us had more than 10 items for self checkout. They changed self checkout to 10 items or less.

Always a number of options of products, from grocery to retail and household, only negative is everything seems to be locked up and waiting on Staff to get an item can be long and frustrating at times.
