    “While shopping with my 2 year old, she sat on one of the racks and fell. She was crying and right away one of your employees Nancy came over to see if she was ok. Brought her some water and a snack. After my lil one calm down she enjoyed her snacks. As a mom trying to get my shopping done before I have to pick up my other kiddos it means a lot Thank you!”

    “I don’t really like shopping as I look at it as a chore. I can say I appreciate that music is being played and helps make the chore tolerable. Either way, I have purchased one of many cute outfits from Nordstrom rack online and in store, which I mostly like to do online. On several occasions that I decide to go in store Im always at the clearance aisle. I have purchased some great finds. I was on the lookout for a bday outfit for my daughter’s bday. Happy bday month baby! I ended up getting two dresses and I really wanted the third one but it was way too short and I don’t really want to babysit my outfit but it was so cute , ?. Overall I enjoy when I do come in because some items aren’t on the app and I dance to the music lol. See you soon when I have my next babies bday coming up.”

    “Target Redlands is always our go-to whenever we’re in the Loma Linda or Redlands area. It’s very convenient to shop here, especially since they stay open late. We also like that they usually have a good amount of clearance items, so we almost always end up finding something worth picking up. Definitely one of our regular stops whenever we’re in the area.”

He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made the entire experience enjoyable. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied. It's not often you see a store manager so involved on the sales floor and willing to assist customers personally. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out, and it's clear he takes pride in leading his team and taking care of his customers.
