The cookie was crispy on the outside and soft, chewy and chocolatey on the inside, warm all around. I love that they decided to use bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate!”

Art was very knowledgeable and courteous, his diligence and ability to get the materials delivered to me, take in mind that I was 85 miles away from their location, The Riverside Branch was also very helpful with helping to fill my order. I was pressed for time and the shingle color was no where to be found in my area. They were able to coordinate my material request. “So today I was running 5 mins late for tires at Sam's. Brianna made me feel comfortable and said I had about 10-15 mins for the appointment. Today was raining and I got my wind shield wiper blades done. During my wait I found out I have a stud problem. Brianna guided me on what to and told me to come back in the day to get my tires done after I get the stud fixed. She is awesome. I want to thank her and her partner for their professionalism. I was so lost but she made my day better because I will be driving my car safely.”

“We shop at both Costco and Sam's club. Sam's has some things that don't come in such large quantities like ready made salads. Since it's just the two of us, we don't waste food. When we entertain we will get the larger quantity salad from Costco. We really like having the options of the two different quantities. That's just one example, but I'm sure you get the idea. One thing that Sam's has that Costco doesn't is the Scan N Go app. If you've never used it, you definitely have to check it out. You scan the item when you add it to your shopping cart and get to bypass the checkout line. It always makes me laugh when I see people standing in line when they could just use the app. When you get to the exit, the employee who checks your receipt scans your phone and you are out and on your way. I really wish Costco would do this too.”

“I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire near the end of the weekday. I called in and Jacob got me set up to be seen the same day to see if they could salvage it. After informing me there was nothing they could do to salvage he got together with the supervisor to help me get a tire ordered as quickly as possible.Three days later Jacob helped me get the tire squared away on my vehicle by double checking the orders for the day to find my tire had arrived, but wasn't yet itemized in the system. I came by on short notice for the placement and all the staff at the tire center today were incredibly kind and accommodating - the whole process took less than an hour on short notice.My overall experience was nothing short of stellar. I was in a tough spot and feeling low, but these guys really came through when I needed it. I do a lot of driving and when they heard my plight they got right to work.Amazing job, great service, good people.”

“Had an exam today and Dr Perez is great. Exam is done quick but in detail. Kathy was nice and helpful especially trying to find our insurance plan. The person doing the pretest was not so pleasant. She did not explain the pretest process nor mentioned when testing began or ended especially with the visual field. She seemed bothered when I asked if it had started. Her not explaining this results in "wrong results" as some clicks were for sure missed. I usually have trouble with NCT due to the air puff and usually blink. I KNOW I blinked bc of the mentioned and somehow she had results? makes me think she makes up numbers.”

“The store here is always nice and organized. Usually come here for gas, and since it gets pretty packed with long lines, I always go early morning during the week to fill up. I never wait more than 10-15 min in line but once I made the mistake of going a bit later afternoon and waited around 45-1 hr wait. Never again! Their gas prices are great that's why I continue to come here whenever possible.”

“Needed to stop at Costco or Sam's for a few things en route back home from a quick weekend trip to PS. The closest ones were in the opposite direction in Palm Desert therefore decided to stop at this location which is conveniently located right off the I-10.I was hoping it would not be packed during a weekday but then again it was a holiday (MLK). Was able to get in and out fairly quickly being it was so crowded! Employees were very efficient and friendly as well. Parking was a nightmare though!”
