The people who work here are incredibly kind, competent, and reliable. I have never experienced such warm, friendly, and easy customer service at a bank before. And it isn't just a one-off. Everyone who works here is wonderful and I hope Chase really appreciates this entire staff in particular.

Chase in the Riviera Village is the best! They provide personalized service and follow through every time. I met Abe there years ago and he is still my go-to guy. I also got some papers notarized there years ago as it is a free service for in-house customers.
