She was knowledgeable, helpful in every way and made a really hard time in my life so much easier. I'm grateful to all the staff here. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs infusions and needs a caring environment.”

“Just went in for a new patient appointment. The waiting room only had a few patients waiting while i was in there. 2-3 at one time. Only took about 10-15 minutes to be pulled into a room. Staff was friendly. Saw Nazifa Paillet, NP-C, and she was great and informative. Everyone I interacted with was great. I was out in about 45 minutes total. So far, I would recommend and had a great experience. I'll update after my pap-smear in 2 weeks.”

I came to LifeLine Walk-In Medical & Mental Health Nursing Clinic during a really stressful time, and I can honestly say they went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and made me feel completely at ease. What really stood out to me was that they cared about both my physical and mental health, and treated me like a whole person…not just another appointment. “Doctor Issa Botros is the best Doctor I’ve ever went to. I came in with a sore throat and wasn’t able to speak but he came through evaluated me, knew what problem was and the medicine he prescribed me healed me like a miracle. I have a big fear of needles but he recommended a shot that would help me out right away and while I was afraid to do it he kept me calm, I got the shot and just like everything he told me I started to feel better in 30 minutes. I would’ve slapped myself if I didn’t get that shot. I had some abscess in my throat, couldn’t talk normally and he told me the medication he’s prescribing me would heal me in 2 days. Well I just gotta say I went in at 8:00 a.m and my abscess and inflammation went away completely by now at 7:38 p.m. I can eat properly now without pain or discomfort swallowing, drink fluids without difficulty and finally will be able to get a great 8 hours of sleep. We saw Dr. Ghafouri until my kids were 21, my husband sees Lucie P. Brining, MD who is warm, intelligent and very caring as she was my first doctor at UCLA. I see Dr. Jason Sherman who, and I know this sounds corny, legit saved me this summer. I was having significant health issues. Dr. Sherman didn't give up on me and ensured I had the proper care to overcome my health issue.
I have NEVER felt rushed or ignored at UCLA. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Dr. Sherman, who always gets back to me quickly with any concerns. I am in such a great place right now, in no small part to Dr. Brining and Sherman and I am so thankful for UCLA.”
