“The links in my wife's diamond bracelet had worn through and were broken in several places. She had tried unsuccessfully to have it repaired for over 12 months. This was because it was a quite complex job. Large retail jewelers were not interested either they did not possess the skills or sought inflated prices to do so. Gary came to the rescue. He completely rebuilt the bracelet. His skill and craftsmanship is outstanding and the bracelet is literally "better than new". “I ordered a watch from them through Amazon. After that I saw these google reviews I was pretty freaked out thinking maybe I was scammed ( their price was about 100 lower then most retail stores ). They shipped my watch the next day, using 2 day and I promptly received the watch. It arrived brand new and in perfect working order. I really don't see what all these reviewers are talking about. The only thing I would note is this is a "Grey Market" seller and the watch manufacture will likely not honor any warranty. That said, you save a bunch of money upfront. I'm happy with my purchase and what was received.”
