“I have very good experiences at this LabCorp. I walk-in usually first thing after lunch and no appointment. I am taken back quickly. The front desk staff is pleasant. I request the most skilled stick of the group and they accommodate that. Justin did a great job getting my blood drawn very expertly. I am a very challenging stick with only a few small scarred vein options in one arm from decades of chemotherapy. I have learned to find the gems in labs where ever I go and Justin is one of the gems for me at this lab!”

“I got sent here because they accepted Tricare, bless their hearts. I hate going to Wilmington for anything, so I wasn't expecting much at this Urgent Care. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff was. What impressed me the most was the Nurse Practitioners that treated me. I didn't catch one of their names but the one I did catch was Linda Takvorian. She was incredibly professional, thorough, and compassionate. Maybe I'm accustomed to military medical, but the way she cared for me is something I'll remember for a long time. Yes, it's in Wilmington, but this is the one place in that town I'll happily visit again.

Also, they stop seeing patients after 4:00 pm everyday, even though they stay open until 7.”

I have a serious phobia of blood draws and reached the point that I almost stopped having physicals because I could not endure hours of anxiety at a doctor's office trying to get my blood drawn. My anxiety (and then rolling veins) made it impossible for most people to draw my blood and drinking the gallons of water and having numerous people try didn't help. Now I have no issue getting blood draws. Sherrel talks to me the whole time while I am in the comfort of my own place instead of a doctor's office or drawing station that gives me anxiety just to walk into. THANK YOU Sherrel!!!”

You will not get any help from this company on the phone or at the office with no front desk. Try using the underground parking lot. And they leave at 11:40 to 1:00 for lunch even though it's supposed to be 12 to 1.
The reason for all the stars is Wendy Munoz, she is an exemplary employee. It is indeed her merit to consider a managerial position somewhere else. I witnessed her successfully resolve a conflict with a client, as if she were a supervisor. She was able to draw more than 6 tubes of blood from me in less than 3 minutes without any bruising. Furthermore, she courteously terminated her lunch break early due to my prolonged wait in the waiting room. This was the first time I had walked out of Quest without appearing to be an addict from the constant scrutiny of my arms and any bruises whatsoever. I have been conducting blood tests every 3 months for many years.
Wendy Munoz, I ensured to obtain her information as she is exceptionally talented. She is a true gem.”

“Lately, I was having to go to multiple pharmacies to get my medication's. After going for more than a week without my medication, three different local pharmacies in San Pedro did not have the medication in stock there's a national shortage this pharmacy has been able to not only fill my prescriptions, but also has great customer service and knowledgeable pharmacists, who have explained meds and even asked me about possible different interactions. I have one medication that I'm taking temporarily, where you cannot eat certain things it will have a bad reaction. I was so happy she told me to wait a day because I had actually eaten some of the foods that cause stomach upset with that medication five star customer service and five stars for having items in stock. It says compounding I think they make medication there. They also do many other services that are listed when you enter the property, it's located inside a medical building parking is super convenient. It's worth the drive to get all my medication at one place instead of driving to multiple pharmacies also, they have some very cool hospital. Type gift shop stuff. I bought a cute Kitty cat that looks like the one we have at home.”

I was starting to feel stressed, but Nina at the front desk immediately stepped in with such kindness and determination. She didn’t just do her job, she went far beyond what anyone could expect. Nina made multiple calls, tried every possible solution, and stayed with me through the whole process, never giving up. She truly cared and made it clear she understood how important this test was for me. “Since there's not many reviews, I'll leave one. With an appointment, it was really fast and easy. The guy was extremly gentle while explaining every step of the PCR test. He knew the exact requirements for my country. Did the test at 9:00 am, received the results at 3:00 pm. It was really fast. Will totally recommend this lab.”

“Just came from my 7 a.m. blood draw. I did have an appointment. When I got there, there was a line of about five or six people outside the door. They did not have appointments, but they were taken in rather quickly. Everything went very quickly compared to the last time I attempted to have my blood drawn here (no appointment, waited 40 minutes and had to leave to get to work). I had a lovely phlebotomist by the name of Jeleah. In my experience having blood drawn, it has always been clinical and cold. Julia was very friendly! She took her time finding a good vein, and by the time she found one, the stick was completely painless, and she got blood on the first attempt, which doesn’t typically happen for me. She put a piece of gauze over my tiny wound, and when I removed the gauze 30 seconds later, there was barely any blood; maybe the size of a flea. That was about 30 minutes ago and I can’t even see where she stuck me. She was amazing! Part of it was her personality and just being so super friendly, but the other part was that she is truly skilled in what she does. I highly recommend her! I don’t know if requesting a certain phlebotomist is something that is allowed, but I will definitely try to get her every time I have blood drawn. The biggest downside to this place was the really squeaky floors all the way from the entrance of the building into the office suite. I wondered if it was just my tennis shoes or if it was the floors, and after watching a few people walk I realized there’s something about the floors that make your shoes really squeak loudly! Thank you, Jeleah, for a great blood draw!!! Somebody give this girl a raise! ❤️”

“Princess was phenomenal!!! not only was she kind, caring and compassionate, but she was efficient and effective. She made sure my visit went as smoothly as possible. She got me in and out in a timely manner and she also explained the new system to me. Thank you so much LabCorp for hiring very competent people. I would love to see you more people like her in the field!! I’m usually a very hard poke and she got me on the second time whereas other people take 5 to 6 times to find a good vein. “I came in at 7:00 AM as a walk-in and finished around 7:50. It’s not perfect every day, though—there was one time I had to wait at least three hours because it was very busy and I didn’t have an appointment. Still, they always do their best to keep the line moving as quickly as possible. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time. The staff here are very kind, especially Sheery and Diane.”

“I get blood work done every month, so I’m very familiar with the process. I usually visit the 4201 Quest location, but due to scheduling conflicts, I’ve gone to the 23441 Quest location a few times. Unfortunately, those experiences were difficult, often requiring multiple attempts and sometimes causing bruising or skin tearing.

Today, I returned to the 4201 Quest location and had my blood drawn by Gabi. She drew my blood perfectly on the first try and completely pain-free. She was calm, confident, and very professional. As someone who gets blood work done regularly, I can confidently say that she is excellent at what she does.

If you’re anxious about blood draws or have had difficult experiences in the past, I highly recommend Gabi. She made the entire experience smooth and comfortable.”

“I totally appreciated my visit at this location. I cant say that for most locations that does fingerprinting. Everything is so organized, from parking to getting the job done. Diana was the rep that fingerprinted me. She is very serious and professional about her job. It doesn't take her long to get people in and out. She uses the machine to fingerprint very accurately and smoothly. She has a wonderful disposition. She makes you feel comfortable. She wasn't snotty like most that are in that field. The seats were very comfortable and the art work made it feel like a place of relaxation.”

“Very straightforward process for the DOT. Go in tell them you need to take the dot exam, pay, wait for your name to be called, they call you in, exam takes about 10 to 15 minutes. I have no complaints”

“I've done pre employment screening in lots of places and been to this same one multiple times, and let me tell you this one is the best! Super fast, hardly ever has people in line waiting, the longest I've waited was 10 minutes. Most of the time they assist you as soon as you step inside the room. The only downfall is that they're pretty strict here like emptying out your pockets, don't flush the toilette until instructed to do so, can't wash your hands until instructed as well, but if you know you're clean and you know you're at 0% D&A, go here with confidence, get in and get out! get it done in no time!”

“I’ve been coming to this lab for years and always schedule my blood draw right after my annual doctor’s visit, usually about a month in advance. Most visits have almost no wait, just a few minutes after checking in on my phone. Yesterday took a little longer, around 10 minutes, mostly because people kept knocking on the door asking how to check in, even though there are clear instructions in the emails, texts, and two check-in machines right by the entrance.

The phlebotomists I’ve had have always been super friendly and efficient. I always drink a lot of water before my appointment to make things easier, and I’ve found that letting the phlebotomist know what needle works best for me helps a lot. If you have small veins, definitely ask for the smaller needle.

Also, compared to sitting in a plain waiting room with nothing but chairs and other patients, I really appreciate that this LabCorp is located inside a Walgreens. I can browse or grab a few things before or after my appointment, which makes the whole experience way more pleasant.”
