“SHOOTZ The Service was exceptionally quick pre-scheduled appointment I was a little late but it was not an issue. The phlebotomy tech who did my order was excellent she verified my info. Did not even feel the needle she was VERY ORGANIZED I was IN and OUT in 10min. It definitely helps to schedule an appointment and to get a GOOD TECH that knows THEIR job. I wish I would've asked for the techs name but oh-well.

“Since there's not many reviews, I'll leave one. With an appointment, it was really fast and easy. The guy was extremly gentle while explaining every step of the PCR test. He knew the exact requirements for my country. Did the test at 9:00 am, received the results at 3:00 pm. It was really fast. Will totally recommend this lab.”

It’s not perfect every day, though—there was one time I had to wait at least three hours because it was very busy and I didn’t have an appointment. Still, they always do their best to keep the line moving as quickly as possible. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time. The staff here are very kind, especially Sheery and Diane.”

I usually call ahead just to double check their hours and what’s needed, and they let me know some things require an appointment, so I made one beforehand. When I got there, I just scanned my QR code and was seen right away.

“I had an appointment at 9:50 AM on July 4. They were one of the very few labs that were open on a Saturday, on July 4th at that.
I did everything online beforehand, from making the appointment to checking in. I was promptly called right at my appointment time. I waited a few minutes for the phlebotomist. Other than that, the process was very easy and quick. I was out of there within 15 minutes of my arrival. Glad I went there despite the low reviews!”
