“Staff is really helpful, professional, & prompt. As of now the Pico location does not have LiveScan. Torrance & Santa Monica locations do have it.I was able to come in as a walk in and be seen immediately at both T & SM locations for two different jobs.”

“Shout-out to the staff! Very professional and definitely know what they're doing. I was able to walk in and get my services done very quickly! (Called beforehand to confirm they accepted walk ins) I highly definitely recommend going here for your lab work needs! Waaaaay better than LabCorp in my opinion. (: Don't forget to take your ID.”

“Lately, I was having to go to multiple pharmacies to get my medication's. After going for more than a week without my medication, three different local pharmacies in San Pedro did not have the medication in stock there's a national shortage this pharmacy has been able to not only fill my prescriptions, but also has great customer service and knowledgeable pharmacists, who have explained meds and even asked me about possible different interactions. I have one medication that I'm taking temporarily, where you cannot eat certain things it will have a bad reaction. I was so happy she told me to wait a day because I had actually eaten some of the foods that cause stomach upset with that medication five star customer service and five stars for having items in stock. It says compounding I think they make medication there. They also do many other services that are listed when you enter the property, it's located inside a medical building parking is super convenient. It's worth the drive to get all my medication at one place instead of driving to multiple pharmacies also, they have some very cool hospital. Type gift shop stuff. I bought a cute Kitty cat that looks like the one we have at home.”

“Our mother had her immigration physical here and we were so satisfied with the care received throughout the whole process. It's unfortunate that they do not have immunizations available at the office, hence the reason I gave them one star less (4/5) but other than that, Dr. Shaw was very helpful, attentive and thorough. Maria was very helpful, as well. We would definitely recommend this office for anyone who needs an immigration physical or if needing a family practitioner.”

“I've been coming here the past couple of months to get B12 and Lipo shots, all of the girls at Accesa Health are always so sweet and attentive. Lessley is the girl that usually give me my shots always gentle and and sweet. If you go on a Wed you get the Happy Hour deal which can save you a few bucks. Keep up the good girls!!! #HappyCustomer”

“After calling various LabCorp facilities which sent me to voicemail(Downey and Los Angeles), Natalie picked up the phone and informed me they were taking walk ins until 3:15. I rushed over and made it by 2:50. The staff were quick and professional, I maybe spend 15-20 mins. My technician was Natalie who was very nice and professional. I miss the times in which the communication was not automated and you actually speak to people. Great place to come get your labs drawn!”

“Since there's not many reviews, I'll leave one. With an appointment, it was really fast and easy. The guy was extremly gentle while explaining every step of the PCR test. He knew the exact requirements for my country. Did the test at 9:00 am, received the results at 3:00 pm. It was really fast. Will totally recommend this lab.”

“I highly recommend Labcorp, and this location in particular...a big shoutout to Amy and Catherine! In general, Labcorp is much more customer friendly than its key competitor and we all know who that is. I've had only one experience with this particular location. Recently, I was late getting my very ill daughter's urine sample to this office (pretty much an emergency) and Amy and Catherine went out of their way to accommodate me. Kudos to you both!”

“Staff are very nice, but the posted office hours are wrong in Google map. The management is evidently active on this site, yet they neglect to update their office hours. Opens at 0830, not 0800.”

“Note: I hope this is the correct quest diagnostics as I went to this one in Skypark drive but the code was 24530? So to get here I had to input the directions to Olive Garden because I got lost. its the building next to Olive Garden on your right, keep walking until you see the entrance. then ignore the sign that says 24550, it'll be on the 2nd floor across the bridge. Don't bother taking the elevator, as its noisy and you are better off taking the stairs. Once you are inside scan with a code and if you happen to be like me and are 20 minutes late, you can join the waitlist which can be a 30-60 hour wait. But I got lucky because I only had to wait 5 seconds. I got in to get bloodwork done and it was like the minute clinic at CVS, they had all my information ready to go. The person attending me was very quick and efficient. She was very straightforward. and I got out in 5 minutes. I highly recommend arriving on time or early to account for walking and checking in. I also recommend purchasing your services online to save time. I noticed previous reviews mentioned poor customer service. While I get the person can be a lil cold, they are trying to get this done as efficiently as possible. Overall I would come back here again to get blood work done.”

“So quick & painless, or as painless as a blood draw can be! This Draw Station is located in the Torrance Memorial Specialty Center, just down the street from Torrance Memorial Hospital. Parking is plentiful, although you might have to walk a little ways. Like other lab places, it seems to mostly be a one person operation. The one lady takes care of everything, paperwork & lab work. If it is busy, be patient. You have to take your chances when you come here because they do not offer appointments. It is strictly a walk-in place. *** Be sure to find the sign-in sheet and sign-in. It is located on the right side of the 2 desks. You are helped in the order you sign in. The lady who did my blood draw did the best job. She found my vein efficiently and was able to get what she needed on the first attempt. Not only that, my arm did not bruise at all. I usually have 2 attempts and am left to bruise later on. I will definitely come back next time and I hope she will be working!! It's great to have a person who knows how to find hard to find veins!!”

“This location is not closed, as ot said on Yelp. I have been taking my parents and myself here for the past few years for our routine blood work. They are well organized, and service is rapid, unlike other locations or compared to Quest. The facility is clean and bright. They have 5 draw stations, but most of the time, understaffed.”

“We had a good experience today. The phlebotomist was kind and efficient in drawing bloods from my son. It was a short wait at around 10am. I liked the check in kiosk and the wait times/place in the queue being displayed on the tv.”
