“I've been casually visiting different pet stores when I'm out, looking for supplies, treats, etc...for my Betta Fish. This Petco at 537 N. PCH in Redondo Beach had next day pickup on something I wanted, so I revisited it for the first time in awhile. I won't need to go anywhere else in the future! Their selection of Betta food rivaled the total of all the other stores I've visited, including many brands I had never seen before. I left with far more goodies than I anticipated! The store was clean and well organized. And Alex, the employee who greeted us and checked us out, made us feel very welcome. I am so happy I rediscovered this gem!”

“Manager Val, and Kevin, Keith, Bob, all of the entire staff are very knowledgeable, considerate, and patient. They will do all they can to make sure the customer and their fur babies are welcomed and treated well. They also offer nutritional recommendations based on your pet's needs, and will never hesitate to refund or exchange a product or food that was not to you or your pet's satisfaction. I will drive the distance, bypassing a similar store within walking distance of my home. Excellent customer service is just as important as the quality of the products that are sold.”

“Visited this location yesterday. I was confused as my vet said my dog needed to have grain in her diet. After speaking with a knowledgeable employee, I realized that wasn't true. I appreciated her knowledge and explaination of why that wasn't true. I was there to purchase Ziwe Peak dog food and she assured me it was a good choice. Highly recommend this location.”
