I bought a Calypso Lemonade from there last night and there was a clump of mold in my drink. I went to check the expiration date just to find that the bottle was so old the date had rubbed off the bottle.

I would give zero if possible. Staff is RUDE and confrontational. Treat customers with disgust and contempt. Think they can over rule Drs orders. Changing pharmacies and will never return.
