Im.calling them from France for a week now ..Nobody picked up the phone , sending emails to my banker Cynthia ..0 news ..All my deposits are getting blocked when i take a picture of my check and send it to my account..I call Wells Fargo on their international line and they told me it should work..But it is not !

Dont visit that branch ever! No professionals have been located inside. Terrible customer service with a huge lack of knowledge…

I went to this branch to update the address on file about 2 weeks ago. I got a letter from Wells Fargo to do it. The bank employee told me it is all resolved. Today I got multiple accounts closed due to address not being updated.
