“They stood behind the quality of their product. We bought a couch for about $5,000. There was a problem with the material the couch was made of, it was getting scratch marks from normal wear and use. The owner saw the problem and without any argument, he offered to have the entire couch sent back to the factory and recovered in the material of our choice.

“Helene provide a great service and helped us tremendously during our remodel. We must have gone to about 15 tile stores but Chic Tile stands out far apart from the others. What makes this place special is two things. #1 the selection. Helene has incredible taste and the type and styles we found her store were far superior to the others in terms of looks and quality (she hand selects the styles that are in her shop and we chose types from Italy and Spain we did not see in other places). #2 is the service. Helene provided wonderful advise and guided us beautifully through the selection process. We felt she was the only one that really listened and then provided options we could work with (vs. other stores that just either did not engage or just wanted to push something onto you). “I love Ross finds; I have no idea why their wood side plaza section placed the benches where you can sit and try on shoes but there’s no mirror to check!! You need to walk around to check the shoes you are trying on! And those pairs are locked so you can’t even walk wearing them; that’s a dump idea whoever did that ?”

“I had blinds installed by Scott back in 2020, and at that time, his communication and workmanship were excellent. The blinds are still in great condition, but I recently reached out to him because the cord on one of them had slipped off. I wanted to see if he also offered blind repair services. Once again, Scott was professional, prompt, and came to my home to repair the cord. I just wanted to reaffirm how glad I am that I chose to work with Scott and his business. Highly recommended!”
