Store is nice. Web page told us a certain aisle for an item that definitely wasn't on that aisle and workers just pointed me to that aisle. Ended up being on the other side of the store but found it on our own.

The staff is always helpful. I have gone in just to get a few things and to do custom framing. Each time, great experience. Joanna is amazing in framing!! Highly suggested coming here and working with her.
