After being less than happy with the new places, I decided to give Speedee a try again. This was my second time “back” and I can say I feel confident again in the honesty of the owners. I knew I wouldn’t need an oil or air filter no one tried to sell me those things which some establishments would have done. Also the person who checked me out, found a coupon for me which gave me $15 off. Too many car repair establishments see a woman as an opportunity to make some extra money so it’s good to feel you can trust one.”

Before I even showed up, I called in at their 9am opening and spoke with Jay, one of the technicians. His warm, kind tone over the phone actually caught me off guard—in a good way. By the time I pulled into the shop, I was already expecting a better-than-average experience.
Once inside, I was greeted by Jonathan, a technician who should honestly be teaching Customer Service 101. He managed my expectations with professionalism and transparency—rare traits in any service industry these days. He even pointed me toward stackable coupons on JiffyLube.com, which meant instant savings before I even left the bay. (That’s like a Jedi mind trick, but for my wallet.)
Now, here’s where things could have gone downhill: Jonathan let me know my back tire was basically on its last leg (or last wire, literally). Not exactly the news I came in for. But instead of the typical “welp, good luck with that,” Jonathan went above and beyond—offering local tire shop recommendations and brainstorming solutions for a problem that wasn’t even his responsibility. That kind of extra effort sticks with you.
Bottom line: I came in expecting a routine oil change and left with my faith in customer service slightly restored. Management, if you’re reading this—Jonathan deserves a raise, a medal, or at the very least a plaque in the lobby. He took what could’ve been a frustrating visit and turned it into a memorable one.”
