One employee, an Asian man whose name I wish I knew to give him a proper shoutout, has been manning the counter the last three times I’ve been there and he is very knowledgeable and good at his job! I was impressed each visit by his efficiency. It didn’t matter how long the line was - I never had to wait very long. He’s been able to answer any questions I have and has been very kind in addition to his efficiency.
I feel genuinely confused by all the low ratings of this post office as my experience has been quite different. Yes the parking is tricky and yes it’s unfortunate that there isn’t a letter drop available outside of the building, but I’ve had great service.”
