“Over the past two weeks I’ve been working on several projects that required multiple visits to FedEx, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Fabricio Aviles, the store assistant manager. I can honestly say the level of service he provided was exceptional.
Fabricio handled a wide range of requests for me—some of them pretty complicated—and every single time he delivered. He was patient, solution-oriented, and incredibly knowledgeable about the best way to get things done. Even when I came in with unusual or difficult requests, he found a way to make it happen and made the entire process feel easy.
What really stood out to me is how consistently professional and helpful he is. Because of my experience, I ended up sending five different friends to that location over the past couple of weeks for their own shipping and printing needs. Every one of them came back saying the same thing: they never expected a trip to FedEx to be such a positive experience, and it was entirely because of Fabricio.
FedEx is very lucky to have someone like him representing the brand.”
“There is usually not much of a wait time. But you must bring your packages wrapped & ready to ship. Easy drop off. Parking lot can get busy. Public transit close by including Caltrain and buses.”

“The UPS access point location is inside of the EB Party Rental store. They accept drop offs of packages that are already packed and labeled. No QR codes accepted.”
“I would like to praise Pat at this office, I had to ship a document internationally on Friday 5PM, since the document needed to be received as soon as possible but the document was only produced 15 minutes prior, and I wasn’t able to generate the international label online due to the FedEx website freezing up when creating the international label.
Pat helped me create the label in a mad rush and got all the customs documents ready just in time before the last pickup. She saved me today! Thank you so much Pat.”
“Jean was super helpful and very patient with me and my fiancé. She had informed us that our mailing box was incorrect. We were able to buy a new box and use our original shipping label. She was able to manually enter in a very trouble barcode into the system as well. Even though we came close to closing time. We didn’t feel rushed to hurry and exit. Jean is an amazing worker and goes all out for each and every customer. Thank you so much Jean!! You are greater appreciated for everything you do!!!”

“Every time I’ve come to the post office, I’ve had a great experience! One employee, an Asian man whose name I wish I knew to give him a proper shoutout, has been manning the counter the last three times I’ve been there and he is very knowledgeable and good at his job! I was impressed each visit by his efficiency. It didn’t matter how long the line was - I never had to wait very long. He’s been able to answer any questions I have and has been very kind in addition to his efficiency.
I feel genuinely confused by all the low ratings of this post office as my experience has been quite different. Yes the parking is tricky and yes it’s unfortunate that there isn’t a letter drop available outside of the building, but I’ve had great service.”

“Sometimes we need the service to be quick but there is a big line because people is taking pictures for their passport, and for each customer that is taking pictures is about 10-15 mins wait, that makes the line bigger enough to leave and find another store, other than that the store staff is very nice”
