We specialize in high intensity, low impact interval training classes that will maximize fat loss , muscle building ( hypertrophy ) and strength building to get you in shape in 10 weeks or less. We offer one on one personal training if you feel that you want more attention using highest quality equipment , certified education guidance and science based movements to optimize strength and muscle. We also offer tandem training if you feel that it’s best to get to your best with a partner , spouse , brother , sister or friend. Stretch training sessions are offer if you need more mobility, flexibility , endurance or offset muscle fatigue. ( cupping therapy ) available.
