fatal experience in this varizon store today I came on 2 occasions, first I wanted to buy the iPhone 15 promax here and one of their workers treated me in such a contemptuous way as if she were doing me a favor for free, I left and went directly I went to the Apple store to get my phone and on the way back I came back here to try to acquire Verizon services as my new telephone company but I was waiting for more than 10 minutes and no one helped me, I don't know if it was because of my personality or because of my appearance of nationality. because a white man recently arrived and they immediately attended to him and in the most friendly way possible and curiously that person did not purchase either Verizon services or any telephone and precisely I who wanted both was seen and treated fatally, it seems to me that they are some racist and not very competent when it comes to serving consumers I will see how things go at T-mobil

I recommend it, it is the easiest and safest way to put your car in your name and put car insurance, and they are very friendly

The people who work here are incompetent and incapable of simple tasks. Was told that they close at 5 and would not be able to help me because I came at 440.

Refused to transfer me off of my deceased parents account. I was very patient. Agent said he will not help me even though I was told to bring in death certificate and that's what I did. I'm raising the rating to 3 because even though I feel I was inadequately assisted I acknowledge an effort was made and I was hungry that evening.

We went in to return some equipment. Guy refused to take it. He wouldn't get up from his chair. He was also not helpful to this poor lady who was trying to get info.The worst customer service ever. If you can't take the equipment back then where can we take it. How about giving us a phone number or email info.

Got locked out of my Verizon account by using the wrong password too many times. Walked in at 4:30 pm on a Sunday and was greeted by Kevin.He was professional, friendly, patient and kind. Got me back into my account in minutes. I appreciated his help and helpful demeaner.Thank you Kevin!

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!I went there at 6:30, and Nova was supposed to help me and the first thing they did was looking at their watch and said its 6:30 and you may wanna come tomorrow (the store closes at 7)!My phone has a problem with connecting to Verizon network (it works fine with other carriers) and I talked to the tech support for ~3 hours and they said my phone doesn't have an issue and the problem is with Verizon system and they told me I have to go to a Verizon store for further assistance. I was explaining the situation and all they said was we can't do anything and you should call the support again. Maria came and she was very aggressive, I asked them to read the report that tech support has written for my case, but they refused! They didn't bother to help me fix something which is Verizon's problem.

Usually, I never have issues here. The staff friendly your in and out even if it's busy, but today is not the case. The who greeted us was friendly and helpful as usual there was a lady with him. He told us to wait as usual, then he told the lady what we were there for and she said "someone will help them" she then proceeded to go stand by the back and stare. We waited, and she went in back, and there were gentlemen helping others. She then came out with another fellow, and still nothing. I'll be back I've a Verizon customer since it came about and will always be. Never had any issues there until today.

This place is a bonafide dumpster fire. Brand new non-functional products, abhorrent counterintuitive UI, and staff who are just as confused as their tech support. The one thing they do really well, without any issue, is take payments.Do not waste your time or money here.Update***New non-functional products, abhorrent counterintuitive UI, and staff who are just as confused as their tech support, still!!Verizon is, without a doubt, the worst business that I've ever dealt with. Over the past 3 days I've wasted 12 hours of my time dealing with tech support, driving to the store several times, and trouble shooting. Today I arrived for my 4pm appointment with the non-functional devices. It is currently 6pm and I just left the store...empty handed. Chris, the branch manager, tried to assist me. Unfortunately, even the branch manager along with tech support couldn't get the devices to operate properly. I returned everything, cancelled my service, and Verizon will never get my business again. Garbage products! Save hours of aggravation and avoid this disaster.

The best cell service, not the cheapest but the best and I've tried them all. Support works well as long as happy path is followed but if there is an exception in the flow, all hell breaks loose. They all suffer from this.

Well, we walked out of here with a new phone, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. They didn't have the phone I wanted in the color I wanted, meaning I had to choose. I also couldn't see the phone in the color I wanted because they didn't have it on display, despite having tons of empty floor space. They didn't help set up the phone at all (they didn't even want to open the box), meaning I had to do it by myself at home. I had to wait for someone for like 15 minutes to help me when I came in (even though the store was mostly empty) and another 10 minutes for the person to get the phone out of the safe. I kind of wish I had just gone to Target or Best Buy because maybe they would have had more stuff in stock, and it's not like the Verizon store had much in stock anyways.

Verizon is the worst carrier. I have contacted 3 different customer service representatives and they have failed to remove an extra $285 in charges. I came into the store hoping to get help and they said that I should call the customer service line. Save yourself time and money. Don’t get Verizon. Don’t come to this store.

Wow! Horrible customer service. I get the run around from Verizon and am told to go to a store. The manager helps me and calls Verizon. Walks away after 20 minutes. No updates. 90 minutes later I am offered to leave my phone number and they will call when they get back. Never called and no way to get ahold of local store. Do not come here!

Very incompetent manager at the Verizon store in Redwood City, 2105 El Camino Real. (Close to Target). We placed an order for a new iPhone last week, paid in full, called Verizon about when we were picking up the new iPhone, made an appointment in advance to make sure we get the iPhone working (the manager claimed they didn't have time to set it up) in the store. When we go to pick it up they have cancelled the order and are acting completely clueless. They had not even made an attempt to contact us! Keep in mind the iPhone was already paid for. So we had paid for the product but they still went ahead and canceled the order! Seriously, who does that! They are too ignorant and lazy to just call us before they cancel the order, really? In addition the manager was trying to blame us saying we should've picked it up within 3 days. First of all, nobody ever told us that. Secondly, I called and informed them of the date we would pick up the iPhone. We had to place a NEW order for the same iPhone, paying close to $1500 upfront in total. When we get home we spend 2+ hours trying to set up the new iPhone and finally have to call Verizon who say they placed a block on the new iPhone until we return the old one. However, despite bringing the old iPhone in to the store in Redwood City they didn't want to collect it at the store! Not a word about plans to block the new iPhone from the manager at Verizon! This was supposed to be a gift for my daughter, something I also had explained when I placed the order. Now we have wasted most of her birthday trying to get her new iPhone to work. It's still not working after being on the phone with Verizon for at least an additional hour. Verizon ruined her birthday and my day. I did everything right but they still couldn't get ANYTHING right. So disappointing and horrible.
