“I've used quest for all my labs because it's easy to sign in, by appointments ,or as walk in, I've never had to wait too long.& The Tech who performs the lab work has a very light hand, I've never felt the needle thru blood withdrawls? That hasn't been my experience at prior labs? Some techs have a heavy hand & I'd experience anxiety because I knew it was going to hurt..so as for me, I'm sticking with quest in Sanger....”

She explained my medical plan and let me know my coverage. Also helped me make appointments for my family. I'm definitely returning, maybe bring the front lady a coffee for her hard work.”

“The staff is always so very nice. And it’s very close to my home. I usually get right in like within five minutes, but they were running behind so the weight was about 30 minutes, but that is very unusual for them. And that’s why I give them a 10 because everyone is so nice and normally you get in within five minutes when you have an appointment. I like the fact that we could make appointments.”
