What seemed like a cumbersome errand, Cathi treated us like friends as opposed to customers. She helped us with envelopes and gave a few choices with pricing. Cathi also identified which tracking number belonged to which address on our receipt. We will definitely use the UPS Store for any shipping or printing needs.”
“Even though it took 20 minutes to send a fax . They never gave up they fixed the fax machine were hella polite the whole time even gave me a bottle of water while I waited. They also home cool little nick nacks inside. Was and seemed like a easy place to get in and out of.”

“As a supplier of high end furnishing's, we have used many freighters and packers. As the owner I am difficult to please but Desi was incredible. They built a crate and shipped a very expensive chandelier for us. The cost was very reasonable and it arrived safely. “I am a full time artist and have been shipping with this Missouri Flat location for many years. What a great staff they have. First, Tomi, the owner is always friendly and has a super great staff. I would like to point out that Mike, is one of the most noteworthy employees as he is always friendly, knows his stuff about all the shipping details anyone would run into. He is fast, and an expert at what he does. I always look forward to seeing him when I come in to ship, which, last year was over 235 times. Secondly, there are 3 other employees worth mentioning. Philly is a friendly person, helping all customers when they arrive. She also knows how stuff works in the store. Robert is also neat to work with and gets you in and out as quick as possible. The last is Sue...she is their part time sometimes, but I always like talking with her and she also knows the UPS protocol in and out... So, I really recommend this store...they open early during the week and are always there to help. Of course, the later in the day, the Safeway parking lot can get pretty full but that does not keep me away from seeing these great people to ship my wood sculpture. I will say, that from my experience with as many times as I have shipped with this store, I have seen how they work with all kinds of customers at all times in the day and it is impressive. I hope to continue to ship my work with them for many years to come....richard”
“My wife and I have utilized the Diamond Springs Post Office for nearly 20 years and have received excellent serve during all that time. The staff at USPS Diamond Springs has always been friendly and helpful. We are grateful for their fine service.I am dismayed to read the negative reviews here. It seems that some of them have been written as reviews of the USPS in general, not this specific post office. Also, regarding the allegation of Diamond Springs Postmaster being a thief, that is both preposterous and completely uncalled for. “Karen is a valuable asset to the EDH FedEx team. Personable, helpful, excellent suggestions, she even prepared an example image of what I could expect. She went above and beyond my expectations, helping me understand what some of the nuances were with enlarging the image I brought in. She did everything to help me understand what the process was and what I could expect, which is exactly what I received. The timing was particularly critical as the image was for my nephew's celebration of life as he recently passed. Karen handled it with Grace and understanding. Sincere thanks and heartfelt appreciation goes out to Karen and the entire FedEx Kinkos team who completed the printing. The entire job was done beautifully, much appreciated, extremely grateful. “I personally have bad social anxiety but since coming into this Post office, there has been a change. The ladies are always so nice and have a whole conversation with you. I honestly walk in here and don't feel nervous which is almost unheard of. The staff has always been great to me. This is definitely my go to post office for all of our ebay packages now.”
