“I didn't shop around; so, I can't say how the pricing for PakMail compares to that of other pack and mail companies. But the service was fantastic. I arranged for the packing and mailing of a large painting from California to Wisconsin. I live in Michigan, so all of the arrangements were made via phone and e-mail. Desi at PakMail in Eldorado Hills was SO prompt, professional, and helpful in responding to all of my inquiries. When I explained that it would take a few weeks before my niece could drop off the painting, he even offered to go pick it up for me. Once they received the painting, Desi e-mailed me as each step in the process was completed, including packaging, mailing, transit, and delivery. I would definitely use them again.”
“They're always there when you need em. In and out in no time. Very professional and always on time. The only place I go when dealing with my mail. Awesome place to go!”
“Karen is FANTASTIC!! I printed some signs and Karen called proactively to make recommendations on how to edit the photos for better results. She helped make the changes and the signs came out perfect - high quality and good value. Thanks for all of your help, Karen.”
“Observational note: the Post Office in El Dorado Hills operates with a consistent logistical system. Customer arrival patterns appear steady, and service counters maintain predictable processing times. My package was weighed, labeled, and dispatched within minutes. The staff demonstrated methodical accuracy, confirming the reliability of the facility’s operational process.”
