wanted to share a bit of my experience at caliber collision - my coolant light came on all of a sudden as well as my master warning light as i was driving home. i dont know much about cars but a quick google search told me it was not a good sign. I was freaking out because I literally had a long drive planned to san francisco early the next morning, so i came here literally 5 minutes before they closed, but worried that i wasnt going to be able to get help in time before my trip. Alina, Paco, and the staff here were absolutely amazing and so friendly!! they accommodated me regardless of the time and even fixed my issue that same day. im sure they had a long day and wanted to go home yet they helped me without complaint! its the little experiences like these that make the most impact. i will now be coming here for all my car related needs and will be telling my friends as well! :)

Caliber Collision Reseda Branch is the most trusted repair shop and deliver the best satifation repair on my car... I am very pleased and satisfied, they are covered good in communication fast and quality service... Highly recommended specially Camilo and Alex is the best, they made sure everything was done right. As a Barbie girl living in a Barbie world who has zero knowledge of cars, I stopped in to see how they can help me with a dent in my car that I didn’t want to go through my insurance for. The whole staff helped me and gave me a quote right then and there and explained everything to me. 10/10

I have yet to have a car repaired here but I have 3 experiences:
1) Came with a car no mechanics could diagnose the issue of. Their writer spotted the issue right away. I followed his advice and problem solved for a few hundred not many thousands as others suspected.
2) and 3) was turned away because they didn’t feel confident the quality of work would be certain given the unique nature of the damage and the cars materials in each case. I respect a business that would rather turn away customers than mess up their cars. Too rare in this market and this world!

They work seamlessly with Toggle Insurance (aka Farmers) which was really nice. When adjustments needed to be made to the initial estimate, it was instantly approved. Brian communicates very clearly and thoroughly and the folks there did a great job repairing my car.
