Very poor service. I waited in drive through for 20 minites. Gave up and went inside despite my wheelchair. I was told they were too busy and to go over sit down. Didn’t have my prescription. The door to get to the bathroom door was locked.

I was being attended about 10 min before closing and since closing time was reached while I was still being attended the person helping me decided to stop attending me, maybe next time done take clients if you going to close soon.

My doctor inadvertently sent over a prescription for a capsule form of the drug as we were running out. He was also supposed to send the prescription to Express Scripts, but sent it to CVS instead without our knowledge. We got no phone call from CVS (as you used to do) so we had no idea. We called our Dr's office to find out why Express Scripts did not have the prescription and were told that it had been sent to CVS on 2/1/24. So we went to CVS to see if it was there and they wanted $547.99 and told us our insurance was not covering the drug anymore. CVS should have pointed out that we should have received a prescription for TABLETS, which are 100% covered. However, they just said it was \"rejected\" We had to call Express Scripts who explained that we need to get the DR to send another prescription for the tablet form of the drug.\nWe got our Dr to send a revised prescription to CVS that same day (2/9/24) However, even though we had run out and needed a refill URGENTLY, it took CVS two whole days to fill the prescription. This is unacceptable. We went over there several times and stood in line forever. We were told that you did not have the prescription. We called our DR's office, who called your pharmacist. They were told you had the prescription and were filling it now. We went back in the afternoon and were told that it had not been filled yet and to come back later. This is totally unacceptable!

Service was amazing considering the fact that the store was literally being robbed while I was there. Employees deserve recognition & additional safety measures. Both register & pharm staff are exceptional. Employees at this location are what keeps me coming back & establish a close connection w/ my neighbors. Please take in additional safety measures and take into account the workers’ mental wellbeing. This team was levelheaded during this crime & I hope CVS acknowledges the wellbeing of their employees. Thank you!

Worth cvs ever .I have a medicine that if I don’t use it the pain will kill me .last time my proscription was 60 and manager said we only have 20 so get 20 and comeback next week for the rest.After a week again manager said we only have 15 get it and call to remember us to order it for you before you come.So my question is :1-Why do I have to call them to remember to order my medicine when they know Im coming next week.She knew Im coming on next week why she didnt order ? I asked that and the she saying first time first serve ?.how is that possible when you know Im coming and you gave up my medicine to someone else ? So I have to get day off again for 4th time and see how many you can give me ?If this is a rule why I get my medicine all in once for last 4 months ?I think cvs needs to check this location .the one who said this Jina .this is not a supermarket to buy a candy that say first come first serve.I was first and you knew Im coming each time and how many I need.Also each time I waited about 1 hour or more

I've been using this pharmacy for over 4 years. I called to check on a prescription and "Matthew" really needs training on professionalism. He doesn't shut his mouth long enough to listen.When you're in health care your attitude should not be like Matthew's. He seemed robotic and showed no remorse in an urgent situation.When I explained my frustration with his service he did nothing and rushed me off the phone with no care in the world. Someone needs to address this.

I wish I could do zero stars for Anna and five stars for Gina. However, since it is not possible, I'll go ahead and choose 3. This is my first time using services at this pharmacy and if it wasn't for Gina, I am pretty sure it will be my last time as well . I called the pharmacy right after I left the doctors office to check on the status on the prescription. Anna picked up the phone and did confirm the prescription was received, but she could not start it since my insurance information was not updated. I asked her to take the information over the phone since I was really sick and I couldn't stop by anytime soon, she refused service and said she couldn't take that information over the phone. I explain to her my situation and she said I could get somebody to go in for me . I told her I didn't have anyone and she said she couldn't do anything about it and ended call. I called the second time and spoke to Gina, she was kind enough to listen to my situation and updated everything over the phone within two minutes. Sometimes it is about going the extra mile for new customers clearly and I need a little bit of more training.

They have roaches... beware. Few selections and very dirty. Last time they were tryna get a homeless man to get out of the bathroom. And homeless man almost beat employee and manager. Very ghetto. Also the Peking lot is 3x bigger than the store make it make sense...
