The employees at this location are exceptional, both at the register and in the pharmacy, and they have established a close connection with the local community. Despite facing challenging situations, such as a robbery while a customer was present, the employees remained levelheaded and provided exceptional service. The team's professionalism and dedication to their customers' wellbeing have earned the trust of the community. However, there have been some instances where the customer service could be improved. One customer had a negative experience with an employee named Anna, who refused to update the customer's insurance information over the phone, even though the customer was sick and unable to visit the pharmacy in person. Fortunately, another employee, Gina, was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Overall, CVS Pharmacy y más is a reliable and trustworthy pharmacy that strives to provide a positive experience for its customers. The employees are the driving force behind the pharmacy's success, and the community appreciates their dedication and commitment to excellent service.
