“I joined Row House January 2025 as part of my New Year’s resolution. It looked like fun and something I would enjoy.

I attend once a week as self care, and block on my calendar so everyone knows this is time for me. It has really changed my mood and mind and I have fully committed myself to attending Sunday’s class! Everyone at Row House is very friendly and supportive. Carson’s classes are enjoyable and the music is great! Christina has been very helpful along my journey and I look forward to my class every week. If you are thinking of starting Row, I highly recommend and encourage you!”

“I’ve been coming to Strive Firness for about two years now. I really like that there are no class times. They have two sessions. One in the morning and one in the evening. You show up at anytime during either session and you jump right in to the workout of the day. I’ve never had to wait to join in even on a busy day. I love that the workout is set for the day. There are 11 stations and you rotate every two minutes. I really like how this is set up. Less for me to think about and I get a good work out in for the day. The trainers are great. They are there to help out and motivate you. Matt is so helpful and friendly and will help me modify exercises when I need a modification. Highly recommend this gym!”

“I’m brand new to Jiu-Jitsu, and walking into a gym for the first time was pretty intimidating. But from day one at New Ground, the entire process felt smooth, inviting, and genuinely fun. “So I’ve been going to Stretch Lab for a couple years off and I just recently moved to Woodland Hills area and I was needing a good stretch just the call when booking with Asia was so lovely she was so professional and very understanding of my restrictions. I went in it was very clean and my Flexologist Sutton was so amazing to work with we did the MAPS test first and then got into the stretch he kept checking in since I’m dealing with a injury and I woke up feeling like a million dollars thank you Woodland Hills Stretch Lab!”

“We love My Gym Northridge. I've been taking my 2 year-old there since he was 20 months old, after my friend recommended it to me several times - she had been taking her son there for months and absolutely loved it. Lots of activities and the teachers are very knowledgeable, full of energy, and you can tell they really care for the kids. They seem to change the layout, music and games on a weekly basis. Also, it's very convenient, as there is plenty of parking, clean bathrooms and the whole environment seems well-taken care of too. Highly recommend it!”

“I've been a regular rider for years at GetSweat. I felt the need to come back and leave a more recent review since they are constantly upgrading both of their facilities in all aspects from their staff to their equipment. And in today's world it's a lost art to feel like we're appreciated and taken care of as a customer. Newer bikes, louder sound system & so many great additions to their staff continue to make a world of difference! Mia & Wendell are my new favorite instructors! I also love all the merch they have out & just purchased my pink sweat towel today! Every ride I take though (no matter with who) is such a great workout & even on the days I'm drained, I walk in & it is pure positivity and motivation. “I’ve been going to the Camp for over 7 years now. I was first introduced to the Camp by my wife who asked me to go with her to a Pack the Camp event on the first Saturday of the month back in September of 2017. I liked it enough that I joined her for the next two Pack the Camp events. Following a 30 day trial, I decided to become and a member and have not looked back. For my physical and mental well being, it by far has been the best decision I have ever made.

One of my favorite parts of going to the Camp is the smiling faces and warm greetings I get from all of the staff when I enter the Camp. Such a great positive vibe! It gets me going before I even stretch out…lol…and of course I have to give tons of credit to the awesome trainers who take time out of their busy weeks to be there devising the awesome workouts I put my body through. It has to be the only time in my life as to where I go and torture myself and yet leave with a huge smile on my face.

I will be going on 8 years here soon, and have no intentions of slowing down.

“This place has gotten better with the recent manager. Still some small issues. There's a trainer there who NEVER cleans up equipment. She does it all the time when shes done with equipment. Also, that man who comes in every once in a while, I think he's the manager's boss, he has the worst ethics. He yells at the cleaning crew. Chews out employees in front of customers, doesn't honor your contract with perks, and you can tell he's not liked by the employees because they all roll their eyes at him. The employees are great, and if you have that effect on your employees, you're not a good boss”

“Both owners have their degree in kinesiology, and truly understand the body. I have had a few situations where I had injuries. Instead of saying you can't do a specific exercise, they showed me a work around to help me move past the injury.
I'm also a veteran, and this gym is affiliated with Heroes Movement, which is a non-profit that pays for veterans membership.”

“I was in LA for a few weeks and was looking to stay active during the holidays, and I found so much more than that at Dragonfly.

All the instructors were great. Shoutout to Michelle, Troy, and Jess who I took the most classes with. Michelle’s spin and TRX classes were engaging with upbeat playlists and good energy. Troy pushed me in his strength classes but always with a smile, which helped me get stronger while having fun. Jess had the perfect balance of challenge and support, sprinkling each class with words of wisdom and encouragement. Each time I left the studio, I felt stronger and more grounded than I did when I walked in.

On top of all of that, the people in classes were really kind. There was no sense of competition or comparison, everyone is trying to be better and support each other.

That’s what makes Dragonfly so special. There's a positive and life-affirming energy that feels good. Jess’ purpose and passion for the studio is palpable, and the community that has grown there has been built on that foundation. I’ve trained a lot of gyms with great instructors, but not every place has that special sauce that sets it apart.

“Spark Fitness changed my daily routine and even my mental stability!My posture is much better and I feel stronger after every class. I was afraid to increase weights during the strength workout, but the coaches guides you to become stronger in every class. It is just a matter of showing up to classes consistently.I love the fact that the membership comes with In-body discussion sessions, and one to one health benefits and goals meeting with the coach. I haven't seen other crossfit gyms offer these.Every class, it feels like I am getting personal training. Coaches look closely and corrects my forms and give out so many tips that I never knew. “Wanted to update my review today, stated before this is one of the nicer gyms in the area. Trust me I go to many other planet fitness. Machines are always well-maintained. This place keeps a level of cleanliness that I personally believe most planet fitness should live up to. The team here truly cares about their job as well as the location they work at.

I wanted to give a special thank you, I never got your name, because you were not wearing a name tag. You sure one of the hardest working people I’ve seen there today (blonde haired guy with a cool mustache) notice you cleanup the locker rooms, give a tour to potential new clients, explain and give a demonstration of how machines work, took out the trash and filled up the sanitation bottles, and at the end I even saw you handling business on the phone. Oh my God, man with all the respect you are one of the hardest working people I’ve seen. ?????????? planet fitness you heard a very good person. Keep working hard, young man.

“I’ve been doing 2 months of 2-3 personal training sessions per week as a way to get stronger for trampoline which is my main hobby. Sahand has been amazing. I have a shoulder injury right now and he has tailored every session and watches every exercise in order to help rehab safely. This is in addition to all the other areas for strength I wanted to focus on. I’ve already learned a ton from him on proper form, focus areas, and exercises and feel way stronger than I was in session one.”
