Amazing environment! You enjoy working out. It has become something I look forward to. There are different workouts and exercises that are fit to what you enjoy and what will help you get better results. The trainers are amazing and make the place feel like home.

Simply the best!!! I have been working out on and off for many years and when the Covid-19 pandemic began, I started gaining weight at an alarming rate and found myself getting to a weight I have never seen before. I got to 201 LBS which was my all-time highest weight. I knew that something needed to change but didn't know where to even begin. My wife told me that Roy was starting a challenge. Given the fact that I worked out with him in the past and knowing who Roy is, I just jumped right in. Today I completed the challenge (30 days) and all I can tell you is that you should consider yourself lucky if you get to work with Roy. He is the best of the best at what he does. Super knowledgeable, kind, and probably cares about your success more than you do. He is strict and knows what he is doing. If you follow his guidance, you will without a doubt reach your goal. I have gone from 201 LBS to 181 LBS within 30 days. I shrunk my waist from 45" to 39". It wasn't easy but I came out of this challenge with much more than a leaner body. I came out of it stronger, physically and mentally! I came out of it knowledgeable, wanting to take care of myself, and most importantly wanting to pursue excellence! Do yourself a favor, sign up!

I joined Roy’s 30 day challenge and it was one of the best decision I’ve made for myself. Roy is very knowledgeable. He knows what to do to make u motivated mentally and physically. Over the 30 days I lost 12.5 pounds. Highly recommend.

I was trained in my life with few amazing trainers, but after working with Roy Abergel, I can attest that he surpass them all !!!Roy is extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring trainer, his passion & energy are contagious!!He see each one of his clients as a whole, so in addition to physical training he addresses the psychological and nutritional aspects that assist with handling challenges. I committed my self to a 30 days challenge that was offered by Roy from Interval, Roy offered it for free, and people around the world joined this program. My initial goals were achieving strength (core), sculpt and improve life style. I had few hard times, but Roy's daily tips were a motivational kicks, I learned a lot and it helped me fight/ win my 'inner dis-encouraging voices' (weak, tired etc..), and thrive for excellence. Roy offered his expertise during the pandemic, at a time of uncertainty, gloom and stress, it helped me and many other to channel our energy and thoughts toward positive growth.If you are seriously looking to make a change in your life, and you are truly ready to work hard to achieve your dreams, Roy is the one to show you the road to excellence and guide you in this processes.Thank you Roy, for your big heart, you did it at no cost, thank you for the smart eye/mind opening, it will stay with me forever.I also want to share that volunteering / giving back to the community, is something that Roy's does on a regular basis, he train special needs teens and young adults from Maagalim Community Circles - and I am thankful for that too.Thank you Roy for being an inspiration !I hope that my honest feedback has helped anyone who is looking for the ultimate trainer.

I joined Roy 30 days online challenge During Covid 19 quarantine. It was the best decision I made over my life time. I been struggling with my weight for a while. Roy is an excellent, knowledgeable, in nutrition and fitness. He give me the keys for an healthy life style. I lost 12 pounds in 30 days, but it’s not about the weight. I join Roy to a journey. An unknown challenge. I decided I join at the last minute, not knowing what I want to gain or get. For 30 days- I got a daily tip that often felt that was said to me. I learned a lot. I discovered new lifestyle, and the results were just there. All I had to do was to listen and follow. Roy Abargel is a KING! I have known him and been his trainee (on and off haha) for a few years now. Right before coronavirus started, I decided that I wanted to change my diet and lose weight. I started doing it and working out but as the pandemic progressed it was harder and harder to find the motivation to do it by myself while I am stuck at home. Roy then advertised that he is doing a challenge that includes a balanced/ healthy Lifestyle, online workouts and even meditation. The best thing about it that he donated to help people in need at this crazy time. I have since lost a lot more and I feel healthier and happier then I have in a long time.Thank you Roy !!
