“I first met Jasmine when I needed help with some complex title transfers for a variety of commercially used vehicles. Due to the ownership interest of the vehicles, it was nearly impossible to get the principals into the DMV to complete the necessary paperwork. Jasmine made the entire process absolutely painless. She prepared every single form necessary, clearly labeled with easy to understand instructions. Ever since then, I have used Jasmine for everything from basic registration renewals, to passport applications, driver's license renewals, etc. She is a pleasure to work with, and her efforts give me back hours of my time to focus on other things. This is my second time using them - very pleased with the service and product both times! Easy upload of graphics! On this occasion (I needed a small foam board sign) I was quoted by a couple of the online print services $19, plus shipping - approx $40..even with their ‘coupon’. Printing Zone charged me $10, and I picked it up that afternoon. Shop local!”

Only issue I have is the parking but it is a hit and miss. I have received packages other than just my mail here. Both husband and wife are very helpful. I’ve been coming to this location for over three years to drop off eBay items I’ve sold, and I’ve consistently had positive experiences—but this recent visit truly stood out.
After two failed attempts at other shipping stores—one of which damaged the packaging of my item—I arrived frustrated and unsure if I’d be able to ship it properly. Employee #184085 immediately took initiative. Despite a line forming behind me, she remained calm and focused, carefully measuring the item and testing two different box sizes to ensure the perfect fit. Her attention to detail and commitment to delivering the right solution were exceptional.
She never rushed the process and made sure I was completely satisfied before moving on. Her professionalism and dedication turned a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience.

While the other store had kind workers, they didn’t do a great job getting what I needed so I had to do it a second time. Here, it was quick and correct. Diana was clear and friendly.
