“Picked up freshly cooked Leo & Cleo's fried chicken. Uhmm, just the smell triggered my salivary glands and hunger appetite. Airways loved it specially when it's still smoking hot. This store is very clean and well organized (best one) like others I've visited. Staff are very nice and helpful. Welcoming and feeling comfortable shopping makes it worthwhile to go back.”

“Finally a carnicería that is close to home! Today my family and I stopped by and wanted to pick up few meats to try out. We've always wanted to stop by and try out this place since it's close to home. We picked up 3 types of cuts, prime ranchera , tasajo, and costillas . All were very good however the prime tasajo was the winner for us overall:) . For the price I believe we paid was a little under $65 for 5Lb of the cuts but to me it is fairly priced. Inside the carnicería was very clean. That is something I can appreciate because many other carnicerías have looked dirty or had a bad smell which would directly correlate to the quality of the meat. I can let you know Los Portales is not like those carnicerías:) . Also inside the carnicería is like a mini market! I'm glad they carried certain produces that you can pick up right then and there. They pretty much have everything for your Saturday or Sunday family carne asada .The staff inside were really nice and welcoming. One of the lady's over the counter was really sweet. I appreciate her explaining what meats they have. Overall the quality of the meats were very good. Pricing is fair and the location is convenient. Hopefully more IE locals get to try our new favorite Carnicería out soon”

“090/2024 Although I come here sometimes at this Colton location I haven't really wrote a review . Today was an exceptionally exceptional trip to the store. I had a firsthand experience by being welcomed with a free sample of tortilla chips and salsa. Store always clean and merchandise are neatly stocked on shelves. I came at this particular branch for their sale of BARILLA pasta for 4 for $5. On the shelf were only 2 boxes so I was looking for someone to help just when a gentleman in a nice white shirt with necktie came out from one of the check out stand. I think he sensed that I have a question, he was very approachable so I asked him if they had maybe more of the pasta that I needed and he immediately took one of the box and came back with a big box and had 16 in them ! Thanked him so much for his help! I didn't get to see his name tag but saw his poster when I exited, nice job as an outstanding Manager ..thanks again Mr. Garcia! There were more checkout stands open than customers which is so amazing that I was done as quick as I got helped ..”

Large verity of different foods so instead of going to a big grocery store I can just stop in and grab almost anything I need for dinner or little things for the house. Everyone treated me very nice! “This is my go-to grocery store for almost all things grocery or just snack cravins, but what makes me rate this location so highly are the staff that I've interacted over the years they are always considerate or share some helpful information about certain products which is extremely clutch when buying food (like the cravin' mozzarella sticks does NOT have marinara sauce). There once was a problem couple of years ago when I bought a pack of cheese that seemed to have go bad before the expiration date and when I called the manager was so quick to help and allow me to get a new pack without any worries and made sure to inspect the rest of the cheese in the section. Shout out Kendall Stater Bros employees!”

“I have been a loyal Stater Bros. customer for the past several decades. I would like to review Stater Bros. on Limonite and Camino Real in Jurupa Valley as that has been my preferred store for several years. First, I would like to recognize one specific person which would be the store manager. As you arrive to the store, you view his picture outside of the store with that wonderful, friendly smile. It is even better when you arrive in the store and are graced by his calm, pleasant refreshing customer service and amazing attitude. The manager assures that his store is in excellent condition and well stocked. Next, I would like to express how friendly Becky is, who assures that you are able to find everything that you are looking for on your shopping trip. Lastly, I want to express how enticing the produce department always looks. Also, the frozen foods aisle always has the best deals and looks pleasantly filled with ice cream and noveltys. My only concern with the store is that it can us a facelift, maybe a remodel, something that would enhance the store making it look fresh and uplifted. It would be nice to have larger aisles or even a Sushi section like the new Stater Bros. The community loves to come to this store and I believe that a remodel would be necessary to keep up with the newly built Stater Bros. such as off Van Buren as well as to keep up with the newly built shops off of Pyrite that will arrive soon. Overall, my review is to express how much I love shopping at Stater Bros. in Jurupa Valley,”

“This grocery store is a God send. Anytime of day I ever need anything food related, this is my go to spot. The floors are clean, the shelves are stocked nicely, and the staff is helpful, especially the meat department. Everything is so fresh, and the season, cut up, or grind anything I need. I lover their tumbled tri tips too. The amount of flavor they pack in is unreal! Heck, even this stores bathrooms are clean, unlike other stores in the area. The store manager does a stellar job keeping things in line. Always observe her having good interactions with other customers and employees, as well experiencing them myself. “I absolutely has such a wonderful grocery shopping experience. My husband and I have been coming to this grocery store for years now I remember when It was first built! But we had never left with a bigger smile than we did yesterday! Darren greeted us in the parking lot while he gathered carts and when we couldn't find the Hominy I asked him and we received different answer from any other worker; he didn't tell me what isle it was on! instead he smiled looked at us and said yes ma'am please follow me I'll take you there! What a wonderful young man! I really hope Corporate sees my message this young man I reminded me of the 90's when all workers did this! And then another pleasant surprise happened Antionio in the meat department!! First off what wonderful Customer service I don't recall ever seeing such a happy employee! He was just such a joy! He made all the customers waiting their turn, smile and laugh and we all looked at each-other and smiled! this is the Stater Bros remember! These two gentlemen have completely won our family over! I have to say this grocery store will be our first choice from now on! Not to mention how clean and organized it was too as usual! Please, I hope these two receive the recognition they deserve!
