“I've always wanted to stay in a Wigwam since it feels like a very classic family road trip stop. It lived up to my expectations!

The rooms were basic, but extremely clean and actually looked better in person than they did on the website. The grounds were kept very clean and allowed for a lot of photo opportunities.

The pool area is open late if you want to take a dip. However it is not heated so it's got to be pretty warm out to make it comfortable.

Checking in and out was super easy and the staff was very friendly.

Overall it's a great place to stop if you want some cool pictures and can say you've stayed in a Wigwam.

Rooms: The rooms are basic but extremely clean. I was surprised as they actually looked better in person than they do in the website photos.

Nearby activities: The original McDonald's museum is about a ten minute drive. There isn't much else around but we stayed because we were driving Route 66.

Safety: It felt very safe on the property.

Food and drinks: There are a lot of taco trucks open late in the area and right across the street in walking distance there is a good Mexican ice cream shop.”

“Approx. 50 miles from Los Angeles and 30 miles from Palm Springs, this establishment featured a beautiful view of the Bernardino Mountains. Located at the end of the street on E Hospitality Lane, the Hampton Inn & Suites is a pet-friendly hotel that is a little older and has no traffic noise. This is where my partner and I spent a night in May. There were several restaurants within a 2-mile radius. Greeted by the front desk, check-in was easy. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities in the building were kept up. The fitness room was small and great for a quick workout. Breakfast until 10 a.m. was definitely a treat, with a variety of options. They have a heated pool. The free parking was a bonus. The price was comparable to the area. The staff were professional, very friendly, and helpful, making us feel right at home. We loved our little time away here and had an absolutely wonderful stay, so we can recommend this place.”

“First time staying at a Staybridge or IHG partner and this property left me wowed. The staff was so helpful and inviting. Clean rooms, everything was working, and zero issues. When you’re traveling you need your lodging situation to be as stress-free as possible and these folks were very helpful and even reminded me of the amenities available. The breakfast is also very good when you’re running late and need some food on the go. I will be staying again when in the area. “My adult daughter is a cardiology and hepatology patient at Loma Linda and when she has early morning appointments it is easier for us to stay the night near the hospital. We used to stay at another property close by and while it was very clean, nice and new (and I have zero complaints about it), this property just FELT different. We were treated with so much respect, kindness and helpful attitudes that I was overwhelmed with gratitude. From check in, to room allocation, to night staff actually caring about and watching over my daughter, to the morning crew and breakfast staff. Everyone made her feel special in a way that we have never experienced since her illness started. The staff called her by name and said hello to her every time they saw her. She has been sick for two years and most people look away from her as she honestly looks like a homeless drug addict (just giving the truth). She has actually been asked to leave some establishments which hurts her to the core. The properties staff made her feel special and cared for. I wish that I had taken the time to get everyone's names to recognize them here but I had so much on my mind. I regret that as they were all wonderful people who I hope to encounter again.The rooms were large and clean, perfect temperature and very quiet. Beds were super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh with a lot of good options.I can tell this is a very well managed property as the entire staff seems to love their jobs and they all were so helpful and went out of their way for us. The grounds and interiors are very well maintained as well.We will definitely be using this property from now on!Thank you all again. :-)”

“I was looking for a place to stay overnight and park a small u-haul trailer I was towing - along with the suv. Not knowing the area, I was afraid of potential break-ins. Also we were looking for a clean comfortable and reasonably priced option. This place smacked our curve ball out of the ball park. The owner was super nice and accommodating wrt parking; he even helped direct me to reverse park it. The parking lot is completely enclosed, and all ingress and egress has to pass the front entryway. Very secure. The rooms are super clean, no foul odor, the fixtures and finish are 4 star at least. The room was equipped with a Mimi fridge and microwave, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and morning coffee. All that for a very reasonable price. I don’t give stars away easily, so do believe me.Location was great too, not right up against the freeway, but comfortably set back a bit.Bonus: perhaps the best Pakistani restaurant across the street (make sure you cross at the lights).Rooms: Super clean, well maintained and well equippedWalkability: Easy walk to diningFood & drinks: Super good Pakistani restaurant and Mexican ice cream parlor across the street. Also a breakfast place I believe”

“We left Empire Inn due to horrible service and came over to Hospitality Inn without a reservation and the staff was so kind and helped us right away. He was able to give us a handicapped room for my elderly disabled grandmother and even gave us a discount because of the poor service we had at Empire Inn. Would definitely stay here again because of how helpful the staff was!”

“Check in was easy and location of convention center is 5minutes. I love the personalized welcome on the tv when I walked in the room and the complimentary breakfast is much appreciated!

“I would agree that this is probably the nicest hotel in the area. The staff helps it shine for sure when I checked in. I was having trouble with my Messenger payment and it also had to be changed so they were free there and each of them was so welcoming and friendly and patience. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of a lot because I’m in town with the family member. They went to far to the manager who is not on duty who also did what needed to be done to take care of the guest. I didn’t catch the managers name, but I believe the ladies were Cassandra, Breann and Diann. Then at check out, I was greeted & helped by another friendly helpful smile belonging to Mariah. And hats off to management for leading a great team.

Noteworthy details: There’s a machine for making white noise on the nightstand that helps more than you know. Also, cool closrttAll the shelves and hanger rods, plus a big drawer, can be moved and rearranged super quickly and easily, to costom fit the things you need to store, specifically. A new wish for my “someday list”.”

“Rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. I was concerned about what seemed to look like a small homeless camp across the road in the desert. But there were no issues with vehicles getting broken in or anything. Plus, the continental breakfast was good. For those that want something else, there's a Jack in the Box next door within walking distance. But what we had was really good. I would go back again if we ever need to stay in the area again. The only negative I can think of is occasionally hearing train horns.”

“Sun Park Inn & Suites is one of my favorite hotels I San Bernardino because the rooms are clean, the staff is attentive, and the prices are affordable and competitive. The landscape design creates a welcoming, comfortable environment. There are beautiful rose bushes and a community area with picnic benches and a barbecue grill, soda, and ice machines. A great place to enjoy a homecooked dinner or celebrate a child's birthday. There is a shared laundry room on site, a microwave, refrigerator, a/c & heat in each room. Free parking. The lot is easily accessible from the main road. ♿️ accessible

“We stayed here one night and again after coming back from Vegas we stayed two more nights. I definitely recommend this hotel, clean rooms, fridge, micro wave and excellent room service, great internet connection too. I really like this hotel, and there is a departmental store very near by.

“I spent a week there and I loved the place. Reading the reviews I can only surmise that some people would complain even if they were given free rooms. I highly recommend the Budget Inn.”

The rooms were very clean as well as the entire complex.Rooms: Very spacious, clean, and well kept.Safety: All doors except the main door had a pass code lock, that required the hotel key to re-enter.Walkability: There is a great place to eat within a few minutes of the hotel. Also, there was a pizza and coffee shop in front of the hotel. A convenience store was across the street.Food & drinks: The restaurant in front of the hotel has great food and fair prices. The service was good, and the food was quick to the table. The time frame was about 10 or fewer minutes after ordering, we had our appetizer. Pizza and a coffee shop on the same side of the street. Walk or drive across the street, there was a Denny's and a Mexican food place as well as a Jack in the Box and the convenience store.Noteworthy details: For all you EV car owners, there will be 2 charging stations. Plenty of handicap parking.”

“I stayed there for almost 8-months and the management treated me like I was part of the family. My only regret has nothing to due with Santa Cruz Inn it has been a bitter sweet 8 months that ends with the loss of a friend that I wanted to be with for the rest of my life.”

“The best hotel in this area for sure, but still not all that. They have a pest problem and their sheets and towels are all stained. Wi-Fi does not work inside the rooms and some rooms the TV doesn't work. Not all of the lights were working and the water didn't get hot enough. Staff steals so if you can always have someone in the room, do that. They will harass you about cleaning but they don't clean themselves. The owner is great though, I would imagine his staff lies to him a lot because the way he carries himself I don't think he has an evil bone in his body. He's kind and honest. I'm sure he trusts his staff to be cleaning and doing repairs properly and probably doesn't know how poorly they actually do their jobs. I would stay there again if I'm in the area, I would just bring my own cleaning supplies and linens and my camera so I can catch them the next time they try to steal from me.”
